This is another reason you get into Marrone and tell him you either fire Hackett or we will fire you.This offense did have talent that was not used with this loser coach & OC .I cannot believe we have to wait another year of watching brutal offense before we can get a real innovative coach cutting edge coach.

The main reason for this topic is if we are going to keep Marrone is he needs to be willing to adjust and have a OC who is going to be prepared and have game plans that win games.I believe the only reason why Marrone hired such a young OC with no experience is so he could call the plays himself (conversative).Arizona Cardinals are making the playoffs with a great defense and a coach who believes in throwing the ball down he field (and there QB is?)

If you are not adjusting to the lack of success and looking at how the other teams are getting it done this is a problem moving forward.You drafted a WR costing you how many picks?is anyone happy how Sammy was used this season?

If the Bills bring back Marrone then we can expect the same boring type of offense, we need to improve the running back position.We need a play making running back and Fred Jackson (great guy) just father time has caught up with this guy, look at how long it takes him to get to the line of scrimmage.The guy is slow and beat down, keep him for another year as a role player only and bring another option in as your feature back.

The thing that worries me about keeping this guy around is he willing to change and understand this is no longer a run & stop the run league.If he is not willing to bring in a more modern play calling OC then he should be shown the door.

Fred Jackson is done, too slow and is a big reason why we cannot run the ball.How many big plays did we get from the running game this year? Yes bring him back perhaps one more year as a role player only, you cannot expect him to be your main back and grow on offense.

Just another example of why Marrone (who is behind this offense) needs to fired.Yes we throw 40plus times a game, almost everything is within 10 yards of the line of scrimmage.This is a big reason why running the ball is not a option, there are too many players around the line of scrimmage.

The bottom line is watching the Bills get crushed on Sunday and getting the media to start talking about Marrone being fired.I have nothing against the man other then he is a conversative .500 coach and I believe he will never produce a winner here.Also how many free agents are going to want to come play for this guy after what happened with Mike Williams, they guy is a loser who would have already been fired had he taken the job with Browns instead on Buffalo.

I believe Russ Brandon does a great job at selling tickets, keep him in the sales & marketing dept.Our problem is with Marrone everyone knows he is average to bad and needs to be replaced ASAP.Just keep in mine who hired this loser of a coach(a non football guy) Russ Brandon.

I hope they follow through and hire a consultant (and not Polian) he loves Marrone.I think if it were me i would keep Whaley move Russ Brandon to sales & marketing only and hire a real innovative head coach.The only reason why this team will finish 8-8 is because the team has more talent on the roster then years past.Look at our front seven today and what we carted on the field during Dick Jauron years, no contest talent wise.This coach had more to work with then our last three head coaches and results are almost the same 8-8 or 7-9 still no playoffs.

The standards are set so low that 8-8 finish two about three of those wins in the last minute and 2 against the JETS.Lets sign Marrone to 10 year year extension for 100 mil before someone else scoopes him up.

This is the most sincere statement Marrone has made since he came to Buffalo (we are stuck with him because no other team college or pro wants anything to do with him).

Russ is a used car saleman and not a football guy, what he thinks reguarding football decisions mean nothing.Marrone is a average coach who is brutal on his side of ball (offense).This guy will stick around for another year just because our standards are so low being 9-7 or 8-8 is something to be excited about.His game day decisions and and play calling on offence (he said not to blame Hackett) are brutal, almost every player on offence is worst now then before he was hired.Good coaches do not lose at home (lost against NE/SD AND KC) and was one play from a losing against Minnesota.Go win in NE and then you can talk about changing the culture, because that is something none of other coaches could do.

Needs- Explosive running back (need to see more 20 yard runs) Play making TE- Could be Gray Guard Improved QB play (just get someone who complete basic pass plays and can pick-up yards with his feet)
