For those people worried that we need to give the HC job to this guy the facts are his record with decent talent in Detroit was 29-51.He had 4 losing seasons in 5 years and one playoff appearance.

Great I hope he gets the job, tired of hearing how we need to keep him around and give him the head coaching job or he will leave.

You are not getting anything more then a 4th or 5th round pick for Hughes.Teams do not trade high picks or QB'S who can play for undersized DE who stats were more because he was playing with three guys who were pro bowlers then his talent alone.Not to say he is not a good player but you can find undersized speed rushers in the draft and not have to pay them 10 million plus.

He beat them in playoff game in NE a few years ago and should have won the first game in NE this year(no other team in this division has given them more problems and I will take that over what we have done against them).How many wins do the Bills have against Brady?

This is the guy I would hire, he is the only coach with great success against Brady.Everyone talks about if we lose Schwartz, just look at the first game against Brady, our defense could not get one stop in the second half of that game.I still remember how Bill talking about Schwartz's defense a few days before the game and that he only will rush 4 and do not take chances (yea Brady had all day to throw the ball in the first game we played them).Ryan is not afraid about going up against Bill & Tom and we would waste another 2-3 hiring one of these no experience coordinators.How much success has that brought to the Bills over the past 15 years?

I would take Mike over any of the long list of cordinators (we have tried and have failed each time going this route).He won Super Bowls with a strong running game and older John Elway who was not in the prime years of his career.So the guy has something to boast about (unlike our last .500 loser coach).Please no cordinators who come here for on the job training.

Marrone showed president Russ Brandon no respect on that day he was screaming for Russ to fire him.I believe he should have fired him that day as Marrone showed everyone what a loose cannon he is and how he had no respect for anyone at one Bills Drive.

The first game against the Jets where we could have scored 60 points, they kept running and punting or kicking field goals.I always felt Marrone's reason for hiring a young coordinator with no experience was he wanted someone he could control (the guy is complete control freak).Still we need this area improved and perhaps Hackett can go and be Marrone's caddy at his new job.
