  1. I have no doubt everyone is praying for your daughter and the family. If going by your contributions to this board over the years are anything to go by blessings should come full circle to you and yours. Many prayers and lots of love!
  2. Josh was good at taking what was there.
  3. Gotta have that emergency kicker!
  4. Yes. Believe he missed the game tying FG against the Bucs at the end of regulation.
  5. Agree. Think it’s a commitment to stopping the run first and foremost. Now with Milano out, got to cover that with more players.
  6. That INT by Bernard is weird going by the decisions made by Tua on the passes to Achane throughout the game. I understand it but with the amount of traffic in that area, he should have pulled it back and reset or thrown to 28. At least to me.
  7. Great point. He’s not elite (yet) so that is substantially hard to overcome.
  8. Never doubted Cook being integral to this offense but the drop off to Davis/Johnson is pretty sizable .
  9. As long as they thanked him in person, nothing wrong with it imo. Guy had an up and down season last year for them, guess they’re thinking it’ll happen again?
  10. Absolutely. If Walker can continue the play from last night to a consistent level him and Oliver are going to wreak havoc when he returns.
  11. Nice job @Virgil Im surprised nobody is giving credit to the safety play like you credit in part 5. they like to lump it on when they have a bad one… You gave credit to the safeties for the Fish (Minkah/Davis) for stopping some plays from going all the way but given the breakdowns that happened in front of them a few times throughout the game, Rapp/Bishop stopped their own share!
  12. I know he was raw but I’m still amazed the kid made it to the 4th round. Out of the crop behind Harmon/Grant/Graham, he was my fav’ prospect to grab for the DT position. If he continues the growth and polishes up his leverage, he’s going to be an extreme problem in the league.
  13. Heard it was Joel and LaVonne’s 37th anniversary. We’ll go with that.
  14. Has to be the real deal. I have him in 2 out of my 3 fantasy football leagues… The trades are rolling in. No joke, one guy has offered me Justin Jefferson in a PPR (he does have Puka and Njigba which is why he’s willing to trade).
  15. How’s our boys doing? They’re defense getting gashed?
  16. Because he changed the political landscape for the future by encouraging young people to take action of free and critical thinking through civil discussion at institutions that can indoctrinate that generation/s? He never wanted people to vote exclusively blue or red but hoped they would spark an interest in politics and their country’s trajectory, if they fell in line with his beliefs and visions for our country and religion, awesome. If not? He didn’t shame nor chastise those he held discussion with. I see nothing wrong with upholding vigils or national forms of remembrance for Charlie Kirk. Again, it’s all about a guy who tried to get the youth to maintain the upward trend of political voting over the last 25 years. The reason it’s a problem is simply because you disagree with him. I have no idea about you as a person and won’t judge you nor anyone exclusively on the merit of what I’ve read. The character of a man is that of what he does in the physical aspect of this existence. This might be hyperbole to you but: You seem like a good enough man who’s probably overwhelmingly kind to his family and friends. Extend that branch to any and every soul in our existence.
  17. Agreed. Do Jimmy’s children get to hold and squeeze their father for even a moment of unwavering love each night? Losing a job isn’t that big of a deal. Weird that one man’s life who had a different outlook and/or values doesn’t have his family be given the decency on agreement that what took place is completely unwarranted, unjustified and simply deplorable. I’m just amazed that so many have lost all compassion over social and institutional constructs. 😔
  18. Oh, my bad. Didn’t get the joke I guess. Rarely frequent the politics sub section as it is the more serious side of things. Only when major events are unfolding and given that both sides are represented here passionately, I am able to gather and digest all opinions/perspectives being reported to assert my own personal conclusion. One that I very rarely share or impose to anyone; even my wife and children. Tough to take what is and is not serious in this section. There is some chippy and fierce posting in here lol
  19. Here’s a question, is it Eye-An Eagle or E-An Eagle???
  20. What’s funny, and seeing as this is a sports driven forum, there is plenty people from each end of the political spectrum share common space, ground and enjoyment with one another regarding our team come game day. Used to be able to civilly share space with people on a different spectrum. Collectively going to take those with hate to swallow the pill and find common ground and humanity once again. Would be nice if we could focus on the common traits each other have rather than the differences. Maybe you and many of “those people” quench the thirst with the same frosty beverage?
  21. I live in a make believe world? And how do you come to that conclusion? See that’s the problem with the majority of people. You believe your perspective, thought process or belief is the absolute accuracy. Words certainly have meaning. There was never a dispute of that. And in essence, your brash and hard headedness proves what I initially said; things are automatically labeled one way because the other side said so, something you can’t distinguish as A or B unless intrinsically stated or announced by the quoted party. If believing that statement was something someone with serious issues, where something someone from both sides could say such an outlandish statement… then I’ll happily stay in my “make believe world”. You’re gerrymandering the divide. Congratulations.
  22. That statement is very poor taste and only further compounds the problem we have in society. Doesn’t sound like a MAGA nor a Liberal extremist. Sounds like a nut job who has lost touch with reasoning, reality and a moral compass. That should be the only label, tag or reference to character.
  23. I remember seeing that and thought it was a joke given that was when AI was creeping into existence on images/videos. Absolute madness the disrespect for what the country stands for to rip up the mandate Trump and his cabinet/advisors are proposing to do legislatively for that year. Even more disrespectful when, as the top body for the House, she stands behind the man elected for presidency by democratic processes and you take that action immediately after he gets done blessing the USA... 🤯 Far too much hate and disdain in the world.
