  1. I can’t fault the distain for the guy. The Pats had a 20 year dynasty, lost one of the greatest to ever play and only got stuck in misery for 4 of their last 5 seasons since Brady. They went from cellar dwelling for 2 years in the division and conference to be in play for the #1 seed and division Champs. Coaching from Vrabel and McDaniels plays a huge part but the kid they got is on a rise. Not anointing him yet but if they reproduce next season and/or make it to the conference finals this year at worst, I don’t know how a football fan can lump diatribe on Maye like some insist. The kid, sadly for Buffalo, looks to be a real gamer.
  2. Great post as always @Virgil Davis has been instrumental these last few games. Guy has made several plays in special teams to get the team going or in a position to steer the ship in the right direction for a win. Bosa picking up these minor injuries is a concern. I hope he continues producing like he has. We’ll need him big time which is an obvious. Especially if we end up playing all or most of any post season games on the road. That replay you reference was absolute BS. I understand some people mentioning it in the McD over his head thread but that’s on the officiating and review teams. The fact they interjected immediately on Cooks long catch inside the RZ was an absolute slap in the face. Don’t know how the standard wasn’t the same application is truly bizarre. Garrett will at least tie the sack record this week. Just hope he doesn’t end up wrecking the game like he did the Ravens, Raiders or Pats. Josh has had some scary moments where he’s been lucky to avoid minor or major injuries.
  3. Dream scenario? Dream scenario is, like you said, us getting the #1 seed. That, in all honesty isn’t that far fetched or a fantasied outcome. I think we stand a chance. If the Ravens show up like they did against the Bengals they can win against the Pats. Same with the Dolphins. If the team who beat us Week 10 makes an appearance then there’s another chance they lose. only problem there is that the Jags are on a heater right now after their loss to the Texans in which they put up 29 against one of, if not the best defense in the league this year. If they beat the Broncos, they're in a prime position to challenge that #1 seed. Which is wild lol
  4. This would be an absolute dream!!!!! Pats @ Bills to kick off the last post season in the Ralph!!!
  5. Heading to this game. After the Browns an abysmal showing against Chicago, we should win. This is one game I really hope we don’t take lightly given what we’ve just achieved in terms of getting our foot back in the door of the division. Go Bills!
  6. Probably best they take the double whammy and get knocked out of the playoffs and lose rather than hang their hopes on Minshew. Prayers to Mahomes. Like him or hate him… Never good to see one of the best go down.
  7. Should have traded those for Myles Garrett. Parsons fan but he’s not dominant at all facets of edge play. Jerry was indeed right lol
  8. What’s the weather like for most of the game? Still wind and snow??? Thanks
  9. Curious as to what happens if the tickets you purchase aren’t actually going to happen due to seeding and/or wins by other teams for and throughout the playoffs. I’ve only ever purchased playoff tickets once they were a guarantee. Do I get an immediate refund if they know the game is no longer scheduled at the Ralph? If so, am I able to transfer the funds as a balance to purchase tickets for wherever the Bills would end up playing instead? Reason I ask is I would be buying 4 tickets at a time, which is a substantial amount for 3 different stages of playoffs to have to be holding without access. Also, and not that this matters, the only reason I am buying these now this time is due to the last season. I’m expecting a massive price gouging for resale given those circumstances. Thanks.
  10. Agreed. I actually think if we can beat New England, they stumble the following week against the Ravens; who are in the same boat as us, clamoring a comeback to win these last games for a chance at the division. That would leave it up to Miami. That team seem to be playing for McDaniels. On a 4 game win streak. Maybe they can show up like they did against us in the finale????
  11. Never have faith in the Chargers preventing a collapse. Will believe it when I see it.
  12. What is it? Vanilla soft-serve ass cream?
  13. Personally, I think he feels his back is against the wall. They need a win. Conversely, they’ve struggled to move the ball. Bad decision with the way the game has played out so far.
  14. so he get it poppin' in the hood so his name ring bell???
  15. Does he carry you, man?
  16. Obviously the biggest play of the game. Stadium went into a frenzy. Great to see Benford turning the corner and returning to that elite play we say last year these previous 2 games. We need him. Big time. Stud.
  17. ok. I’ll take a guy who is a professor in economics and has an impartial book detailing the economic impact of sports facilities and franchises published over a simple claim the stadium is “cost effective”. Over 60% of the stadium is funded by the public. On top of that, it was no coincidence this was immediately pushed through when Kathy Hochul become Governor of the state. There is a significant trend in sports franchises not making the public front the majority of the cost. On average it’s around 30-35% publicly funded. Ours is the complete opposite. Around 60/40. Furthermore MetLife stadium, UBS Arena and SoFi stadium were all entirely privately financed. It can easily be done. Especially for owners or groups who are already billionaires. Cost of living has skyrocketed whilst the income doesn’t match. On top of insane price increases for most events the public/fans attend and they’re making money hand over fist. You then have all other revenue, TV deals etc They make their money back. Exponentially. But sure. It’s a great deal for the regular Joe’s to be paying the majority of
  18. Jets aren’t playing terrible considering they purged all their talent before the deadline. They can make a game of it. Just need Breece Hall and Tyrod to have a heck of a game.
  19. Solid defense and things seem to go right. Their worst game of the season they barely lost; Rams. Might be also. Tough one to call. Very different situations for each of their respective teams. It actually wouldn’t surprise me if the Ravens somehow found form and hit the playoff running given there’s a good chance they win that division.
  20. Well said and hard to argue. Though you don’t know how it would pan out. Worthy is in a friendly situation given Mahomes/Kelce/Rice and Reid as the coach. Not been that impressed with him myself. Best moments of his were the garbage time in the Super Bowl when Philly called the dogs off and the game was borderline won. Not likely he becomes the guy we would have needed him to be if he’s struggling to make it work in KC.
