  1. High 4 (Cook) - Always 96 (Walker) - Was the best player on the defense 6 (Buechele) - Balled out, as the kids say. Fearless. 20 (Gore Jr.) - His improvement from last year to this year is crazy. 80 (Shavers) - WR4. Nuff said 19 (Hamler) - Made a case to be the WR5 29 (Codrington) - Good returns 35 (Ciarlo) - Was just everywhere. Maybe still more P-Squad level, but made plays. 36 (Hollis Jr.) - Was apparently signed today and actually made some positive impact. 24 (Bishop) - Laid some hits. Low 18 (Moore) - Same old. Drops, low impact 1 (Samuel) - Missed game due to illness. 15 (Shenault) - Little impact at WR but made some big 'teams mistakes. 23 (Dane Jackson) - He's had a rough preseason 90 (DeWayne Carter) - Not sure if he even played 40 (Brad Robbins) - The whole sick thing is weird. (Had to double check who #36 was, figured listing the names might help anyone who doesn’t know the name matching the jersey immediately. Sorry.)
  2. Don’t dismiss an owner!
  3. I hear ya, I know preseason isn’t the be all end all but the fact, especially during the final game, players are competing for roster spots. It’s not going through the motion and figuring a lot of things out as it is the previous games. It’s guys who are giving maximum effort or nearly every play due to the fact, essentially an audition for the rest of the league if it doesn’t work out with the current team. (Not saying there isn’t max effort from starters as there is, it’s just not the same talent pool if you will)
  4. Promising signs from Walker again. If the guy can become consistent, he might turn out to be one heck of a player.
  5. I hear you as Josh has handily gotten it done in the playoffs to make, if not potentially win a Super Bowl. However, it is the ultimate team game unfortunately.
  6. Shadeur, evades the sack runs OoB for -3 yards. Following play, evades multiple sacks initially only to go down for -24… 😂 Plenty of chances to throw it away on both plays.
  7. Of course. Always ready for the sauna then massage. 🫢
  8. We’re all in that agreement! I’m sure over half of their own fan base too!!! 😂
  9. The TD throw was nice but man, he’s gonna get a guy killed by being too late or too high on the pass. Something that’s frequent with him in this game. Hope he can correct that.
  10. That’s absolutely it Neph’. Well put. Absolutely agree, some things should probably be steered away from when joking without a comedic setting.
  11. Hopefully people realize that tweet is loaded with sarcasm.
  12. Man. Gabriel throwing those killer passes. Literally.
  13. Is Romeo Doubs still in purgatory with the coaching staff in Green Bay? Might be something if a WR is to be added. If it’s any GB WR, would be Watson for me personally, even if he’s nursing recovery on that injury. Doubt they get rid of him though as he’s show flashes of decent and reliable play.
  14. Curious as to why you think the defense takes steps back? they were top 10 in a lot of categories whilst the offense was in the low 10’s. Improved offense should allow the defense to improve, no?
  15. Yes. As well as the majority of their starters on defense. Interesting. Allen is a definite no go per reports.
  16. Good call Bobby. Embarrassing such a loaded team has that much free space.
  17. Trade for Shaheed (Saints) or Watson (Packers) would be beneficial too, both cost less and don’t demand a big contract to boot. Josh has proven to get the job done. If you’re trading a first round pick for something to add on this team, CB/Safety/DE would be a better jettison of future resources. At least to me.
  18. Why not sign Jordan Whitehead if the need is still evident???
  19. Fair point. He’s definitley above Shakir. That Texans game proved it. He went out injured after that deep ball and the offense almost fell apart without him. Agree he’s a star, albeit a rising one.
  20. The “one” better be Samuel’s jersey number and not a future round in a draft…
  21. Was surprised he didn’t get picked up as a UDFA. There’s certainly talent there that was evident during his time at LSU.
  22. im sure he let you know it too!
  23. You know there’s going to be some brutal play. But that bad? No. No reasoning for half measured play. I’ve been to around 10 preseason games and the consensus about those is it isn’t about the win but watching the competition and effort the guys playing for a job display. Honestly, there was far too many moments of modest effort.
  24. Im with you on focusing on the brighter and right perspective is to look at the bigger picture of what is was… The only thing that bothers me is in terms of the price tickets are nowadays, there’s some people who those preseason games, due to location as well, are the only Bills games they can attend. Many of them take their children. The product, even if it is preseason and meaningless on the actual season, was an embarrassment to any fan putting time and energy on watching the game. Especially those who put up money to spend the evening attending it.
