  1. Someone said to me last year when he died that he was the Josh Allen for the Bills that era… Never saw him play other than old footage and that thanksgiving game against Detroit, wow. What a football player he was!
  2. yeah, that division is rough. Will be even tougher now with Geno Smith and the Raiders. Will give them some due they picked that high before Harbaugh; they lost Herbert for the last third of the season. Even then, that’s crazy given they have a guy who’s anointed as on of the top 10, borderline top 5 guys at that position in the league. There’s talent there it’s just the coaching has let them down. As it did again in the playoffs against Houston. Like Herbert’s game but the guy has been a dud in the two playoff games he’s made and it isn’t even close.
  3. https://www.si.com/nfl/bills/news/rumors-odds-bills-among-favorites-to-pull-off-blockbuster-micah-parsons-trade-with-cowboys 😂
  4. All good dude, I totally understood where you were coming from. I just feel the part we are splitting hairs was him being a go to guy in crunch time. He produced in the playoffs, even moderately against Philly as the go to guy. I think you put him on a team like Detroit, Rams, Tampa or Minnesota his number inflate. In essence, great player but needs a little help to be truly “dominant”.
  5. Cam Lewis makes the team. No doubt in my mind. Hancock & Codrington Alec Anderson and SVG Shaq Thompson/Spector/Ulofoshio (one has to make it for STs alone) Dewayne Carter and Deone Walker for the DLine That’s my 8 I guess… Secondary and interior DLine are the toughest questions. Some talent is going to be lost there. Tough choices for Beane and Sean coming up. Biggest conundrum comes when Larry O and Hoecht are eligible to return.
  6. I understand and totally get the conclusion that you’re at. It’s not wrong and it’s not right in totality. Not saying he’s on the level or even close to any of those guys you listed, he’s not. But there’s only maybe 10 guys in the league tops that he doesn’t stack up against and a few of them is splitting hairs. But I do agree completely he isn’t “uncoverable”. High end 1B option in today’s league. Im a huge fan of Amon St. Brown but I think if you switched Terry with him he’s borderline all-pro. Only guys I see clearly above him, night and day, are Chase, Jefferson, Nabers and maybe Garrett Wilson and Brian Thomas.
  7. Great post but I have to disagree with one part and that’s Terry not being a go to guy and getting it done in crunch time. Dude has produced 5 consecutive seasons of 1k yards whilst being the only guy on that team who is a reliable WR. His TDs skyrocketed once they had a QB who could attack every portion of the field this last season. On top of that, for being the only high end WR there he had a killer post season. Tough to do much against Philly with little to no help opposite. Rams were the only team in the playoffs that actually moved the ball effectively against them and that’s more down to the gunslinger they have in Stafford and a quality duo of Puca/Kupp. Hes not an elite #1 but he’d dominate even more if there was a guy to help out at his position.
  8. Just me or is anyone unable to see the actual full uniforms in that link? All I can get picture wise is the new AFL logo helmet.
  9. Yeah, I’m with you. Can’t bring myself to throw that much $ to get tickets for 4 of us let alone myself. Unfortunate hard pass.
  10. Bingo. He’s put them in the pay me or not playing camp. They’ll shell out the money unless they get an insane haul.
  11. Those guys are all top in the league however the fact Benford isn’t included is the odd part, defo a top 10 guy in this league. Certainly ahead of 7-10 on that list.
  12. you think it’s like Diggs? I see a guy who’s played for horrible teams, never had a problem and simply wants to be paid for his production when they’re more than capable to pay him. Daniels on a rookie deal for 4 more years if they’re don’t extend him seems like the right time to pay a top guy on your team for another 3 years?
  13. Good shout. They’re too 6 of cap space. If not then, the Patriots/Seahawks/Raiders out of the rest of the 6 could use him and have the $. Raiders probably won’t due to the recent Adams debacle. Patriots don’t like giving up high draft picks, especially with where they’re at. Seahawks could use him and have shown they’re willing to trade to make the team better. Outside of JSN, they’re reliant on Cooper Kipp being healthy and a bunch of unproven talent.
  14. To think we had Kyle Allen as our backup that one year… 🤢
  15. My children, family as a whole but the children’s pursuits, interests and lives are truly my biggest hobby. Want nothing but them to have as much fun, success and joy as they can in life. after that? Budgeting and keeping track of the finances my wife chooses to spend. It’s honestly a full time job outside of running a business.
  16. Worth that to Washington and Daniel’s, sure. Definitely not to Buffalo and Josh.
  17. Man I hope she can pull through this with the help of many loved ones that are obviously surrounding her but, and I’m hopefully wrong and hate to say it, Ozzy was her reason for living imo. Think she’s going to struggle nightly.
  18. 100% agree but the other poster said “nobody else for Cam Ward to throw to.” There’s plenty of talent there, it’s just not elite. The offensive line is imperative for nearly all QBs to have success, let alone a rookie. The additions of Dan Moore and Kev Zeitler will definitley help/improve that unit. Don’t think it’ll be quite the atrocity it was last year. Good point about the defense. They were a pretty quality for no household names on there, clearly let down by the other side of the team specifically the QBs. Levis and Rudolph were pitiful. The stats can even back that up. As long as Ward can remain some composure and not display what the other two did; forceful, rushed and unnecessary decisions, then I can see that team being a complete difference from last few years. They have a brutal schedule for a team who claimed the #1 pick. Those division games are going to be essential to win. Rams/9ers/Broncos/Chiefs/Chargers/Seahawks will be tough outs. They then have the Cardinals and Pats, don’t think they’ll be rollovers either. Good litmus test for Ward if he plays.
  19. They brought in Tyler Lockett, maybe he has something left? Van Jefferson did have one season in his career where he produced, maybe he can repeat? Okonkwo is a reasonable TE for a rookie to have. They then have Tyjee Spears and Pollard out the backfield, both reasonable receivers. Add the rookies they drafted in Elic Ayomanor and D I K E from the Gators, managed to acquire Restrepo in the UFA class who many wanted the Bills to draft… Not entirely awful. Not entirely great either. We’ll see what Ward is truly all about.
  20. Talk is the 9ers or Giants. Both could use him I guess. Would bet the vet minimum, yes.
  21. Not sure. But they make something like $20k a week when on the PS… can’t be that much different.
  22. Ben Morrison is apparently looking the part in Tampa. Same with Amos in Washington. Those were the 2 guys I was hoping they’d go after if they missed out of Barron, which was obviously likely. Not disappointed with the Hairston selection by any means, I just feel his combine was what drove him that far up the draft boards (second to late first rounder) and not his college tape. I guess the saving grace is he was the part for Kentucky when playing in zone. Something we know McD hangs his hat on.
  23. Thats a long and lonely train ride for a first pick in the next draft class. Safe travels on that my friend!
  24. So far it looks like the guys we are reliant on the number one/starter positions are doing well for themselves. Nice to see. How did Palmer do today?
