  1. Was not aware of that. Is Harry injured? If not, interesting that Zim is now higher on the depth chart.
  2. Obada doesn't surprise me, he was nearly invisible last week. Was hoping to see Mymymymymy Boogie Shoes, but once again, my Boogie song playlist on hold....
  3. I'll be chillin' at SAN, food pickings look slim at the airport....
  4. I couldn't get a reliable stream for the Squeelers Bills game. They were blipping like crazy. Enjoyed the Russian feed for a while....
  5. Good. This will help bring us back down to earth, get hungry, and get us refocused on the task at hand. Too much good press can be a bad thing.
  6. Bills sucked the wazoo Against Pitt was a loss, Squish the Fish .500
  7. The blocked punt is ALL on Haack. Yes, the blocking broke down, but if he uses a two-step technique (step-kick), instead of a three-step technique (step-step-kick), the punt is gone when they get there. He also shuffled his feet on the first step, so that little stutter move added a few tenths of a second. As for distance from the LOS, 14 yards is standard. The LOS was the 23, and he was standing on the 9.5-yard line, so that 18" may also have played a part in the block. His kicking foot was on the 14-yard line when the punt was blocked, but I'm not sure what the standard is for how many yards behind the LOS the kicking foot should be at impact. You bet your ass I'll be iso'ing on Haack next week.
  8. Check out the replay, he takes two steps and kicks (the kick is included as a step), with a small stutter step on the first step. That extra .5 was all the Squeelers needed to get there.
  9. Agree with all of it 'dawg. I'd add the Haack to the ugly for the blocked punt. True, the blocking up front was poor, but a two-step technique still gets that punt off. Haack can't use a three-step technique (with a stutter step!) from his own 10-yard line.
  10. It was only 20 unanswered. We kicked a FG to make it 20-13 (albeit a very weak "answer"). Or does it make it 13 unanswered, since the answered the Squeelers TD with a field goal? Such a confusing cliche....
  11. On the contrary, I think both players and fans are vexed at having to be vaxxed.
  12. I'll agree that Allen should have delivered the ball sooner, but Sanders has to lock it up. Reminiscent of Lee Evans in the Ravens game against the Cheats.
  13. I had a bad feed, but it looked to me like it was only overthrown 2 yards. If it was further, OK.
  14. Sanders sucked out loud yesterday. He should have laid out for the bomb instead of Fostering it. He dropped the seam pass when he didn't secure the ball, and he false started when we were trying to come back in the 4th QTR. He needs to be a LOT better next week. I agree that Gabe Davis should be seeing much more than 38% of the offensive snaps. If that comes at Sanders's expense, I'm good with that.
  15. It was me. I couldn't go to the WV's Bills Backer's bar in Pacific Beach, so I had to stay in the hotel and try to pick up the game on the bandit feed. Missed most of the 1st QTR, and the stream was blipping all game long.
