Don't think they need two in this draft. They need to land one "alpha," as you put it. They already have 4 other starters catching the other passes (Kincaid, Jimbo, Samuel, Shakir....and also Knox...). If they draft another receiver late and he turns out good, that would be icing on the cake, but not a need.

I don't think they need to change anything. Keep it like pro football because that's what it is. It's not the arena league. Combined, this is the 3rd season for the USFL and 2nd for XFL. That's better than previous spring leagues, so they're figuring it out. They seem to have no trouble getting sponsors, the talent pool is better, and the game quality is better.

They've already been posted in this thread, but his attitude and lack of effort when the ball's not coming to him is one mentioned again and again. He may be a great receiver, but that sounds like a guy who isn't going to last under McDermott, justified or not.

A lot of love for Jayden Daniels in this thread. I think he'll be a bust. He was very underwhelming for 4 years before his last year in college. He doesn't seem like a leader. He's got the physical tools, but I don't think he has the intangibles of a franchise QB.

You have a weird definition of "character." You list the Eagles' stadium as having "character" but then say the stadium sucks. That's odd. Lucas Oil stadium is one of my favorites. Architecturally it has a ton of character. Same with Mercedes Benz stadium. Same with Raiders stadium....and SoFi..... Lambeau field has "character" but Soldier field doesn't. Weird.
