Wow, I hope he’s better by week 2!

It just says he’s better at the beginning. That’s a good thing. Now, let’s figure out how to fix the middle and the finish. How much does AJ actually weigh this year, I wonder? From what I’ve seen he still looks pretty light.

If this defense is doing well, the offense sucks. If the offense is doing well, the defense sucks. I enjoy this annual ritual we play. It’s a classic! Just be ready for the Rams, then roll from there. The thing I care about most right now is entering the season as healthy as possible.

He’s been a legend for so long, I’m surprised to see he’s only 31 years old. I guess opening that cooking school didn’t work out for him. 🤷‍♂️

To each their own, my friend. To each their own. If we were all the same……. it would be boring. Hope it’s not too severe for you. We are all somewhere on every spectrum. I think I may have a touch of what you are talking about. A high level of noise, even in my own house with big groups, can kind of freak me out. I need relief. Like, I need to step outside or go to another room. The din makes me uncomfortable. Still, I love the energy at a Bills bar maybe once a year, add a couple live games a year (home opener and a select road game if possible) and I’m all set for the rest of the year to happen from my very comfortable couch!

These pics are breathtakingly beautiful. Stunningly! They also remind us of how tiny we are in this enormous universe. And how little we really know, despite how smart we think we are.

If I were not such a decent and civilized human being…………I’d ask for good odds. He was the voice from my childhood. I remember laying by the fireplace while my dad played Tony Bennett. Very fond memories. RIP/HBD, whatever* EDIT: Remember the guy in France (Paris?) who bought a place from an old lady, in her late 80’s I think. He got the place cheap because he gave her a life estate so she could live there the rest of her life. How long could it be? She’s almost 90! I think she lived until she was 113. Things didn’t go well for the guy who…….well, you know. .

Don’t praise him too much. He’s mortal, I think. Even @YoloinOhio doesn’t know where @HOUSE left his wallet. It is pretty amazing, and funny at the same time. Glad we got the sane one.

Yes. That is unpopular! I kid, mostly. I really like the energy and camaraderie especially early in the season. The Bills Backers bar(s) in Atlanta are much like the video of Harp in Boston. Hundreds of people singing, dancing and high-fiving to the Shout song. It’s a VERY cool experience! But……Most games I like in the comfort of my own home where everything is at my fingertips and I’m in control. My house has the added advantage that I don’t have to drive or Uber home.

One thing we know for sure: People will complain about him, his scheme and his play calling. Anyone want to bet that won’t happen?

I honestly don’t know how I would handle that. Can you imagine swapping Josh for that creepy dirt bag? I just don’t know if I could endure that. I have a friend who is a Browns fan and he’s struggling. He’s trying to justify things, but he’s struggling to remain a fan of the franchise.

I’m guessing she was a LOT of fun…..about 80 years ago!

RIP It seems like legends are going down fast. I guess I’m just of the age to consider them my legends. Enjoy life fully as long as you can!

Have you been to the beach lately? I don’t think it’s gotten any better. Just keep walking, listen to the waves and look at the water. In case you think I’m being “judgey”, I’m sure you’d prefer that I keep my shirt on covering my pasty white soft body.

Was it Chris Rock who says “we’re only as loyal as our options”? These guys have a LOT of options! I suspect she has far fewer. .

It might be included above as I skipped ahead, but I heard language today that says, basically, it doesn’t matter if it was said in jest. You can’t use “joking around about it” as a defense. As it should be, especially from the top guy. You’d still have to prove what you allege, but that excuse has been removed from the table. Again, as it should be.

In Cobb County where we live outside Atlanta the school board portion of your taxes go away when you turn 62. I’m all for funding education, but they just get more money from you younger, I guess. They make it work, and we will save about $5k on our taxes this year. The schools are about 2/3 of your overall tax bill. 😱

There are 3 main reasons I hate winter. First, it’s cold. You may have known that already. Second, and maybe more important, is the gray skies. I hate the gloomy skies, and Atlanta gets a lot of that in the winter. Last, it just lasts FAR too long. It sounds like Colorado Springs is an improvement in at least two of those categories.

It is…………less enjoyable. All my friends in Florida.
