  1. early here, but this is the scenario im liking the most (obv on paper without specifics known). If you win some money you dont immediately blow it out of a cannon as fast as you can to buy a mansion. you pay off your current mortgage, get a nice but reliable car, dont quit your job, stay on the plan. small trade up to grab the #4 guy, unless a top 3 falls farther than youd expect. consider going to WR well again in 2nd/4th. develop shakir, Kink, plug some holes elsewhere. that Minn 2nd is going to be a premium top 10 (maybe 5'ish) pick, so if some team wants to treat it like mid-late rd pick, you walk. if some team acknowledges that team is going to bottom out and theyre looking to trade back to build up a roster, you consider it
  2. might be the3 dumbest thing ive read in a sea of dumb takes in this thread lol was this posted from a HS computer lab
  3. Feels like a break up. I'm like a little hurt it's over, then I realize she got a Lil fat this year.... silent treatment/arguments. Talking s*** about you to her friends U really g2 be an a-hole to stop being friends with Josh tbh. top 2 qb, seemingly one of the most liked dudes in league by fans, executives, teammates, other teams players
  4. lol yall are insane. he didnt kill anyone..... this also isnt pat mcafee falling into the water wasted hes not getting Ruggs treatment, ane hes not getting a stern letter, pretty easy to keep this one out of the extreme ends of spectrum. dude might get a game or two, it isnt changing how KC approaches the draft, unless theyre aware of some Aaron Hernandez type red flags behind the scenes and theyve bailed him out of trouble/hushed them up a few times....... no indication of that, so until then we can all be reasonable
  5. Forget decade(s) of muscle memory, kickers are known to be hardy and very spontaneous. they excel when new scenarios are tossed at them, as all that muscle memory and practice gets boring. toss in their resistance to becoming mental cases and this is great. i think to trick the other team we should move it every time. 8yds, 4, 3.1. Msyne put the OL all the way to the left hash, and line kicker up to the right hash. a diagonal snap would wreak havoc on opposing ST's coordinators.
  6. Hard to see him getting past Philly at #22(ish, 21?)
  7. Wait till that tall dork Adam Silver has Noah Knigga hit the NBA Draft lol dudes gunna need a Xanax and bulletproof vest that night
  8. Yes. Clumsily trying to cover up the scent of a paid SM manager.... but the thing is, that a literate adult could not intentionally recreate that level of illiteracy of 'AB Brain'. You ever see a child wildly misspell something, and you're like 'wow, very wrong.... but i can see where a newb to the language could spell it that way.' Thats an AB Tweet. He should PPV a spelling bee with him and Mayweather lol
  9. Close. I believe this quote was actually Rachel Poyer-Bush, explaining the context of the red bumps to her Doctor
  10. There is precisely a 0.0% chance AB has made a single one of those Tweets. To steal an eloquent quote from 50 Cent to Floyd Mayweather - "if you could read one full page out of a Harry Potter book (silly goose), I'll donate $1m to whatever charitable organization you want." Now we're talking about AB, and I don't have $1m, but Id bet a paycheck AB can't read past a 5th grade level and dang sure can't write a single Tweet without multiple heinous spelling errors. Whoever he hired is pretty funny though, hope they got paid up front! LOL this is an absolute All-Timer
  11. 100%. is anybody ACTUALLY on board with this? replays decision process already sucks, takes forever, is a mystery as how it interpreted/enforced.... refs will be PO'd about it and refuse to change ruling anyways... anddddddd were doing all this for an action that doesnt *actually* effect the outcome of a play. or at least it didnt, now it will LETS GET REPLAY TO REVIEW IF A PLAYERS SHIRT IS UNTUCKED! it it tucked in? untucked? half tucked? is that part tucked in, or just a little wrinkly in that spot!!! 15yard penalty, automatic first down!!! lets give the refs more huge momentum swinging capabilities!!! can not wait to see an offense challenge their own late snap play, that went for a pick 6, get overturned! wowwwweeeeeee thatll be exciting enough to warrant yet another 2min TV timeout during games!!! plus, think of the gambling! how awesome that refs have another out, and there will be self brought, warranted scrutiny, to every snap taken between 1second and -1 second on the playclock. certainly will make for exciting headlines, articles, fan complaints, and talking head discussions, about who "should've won"
  12. i was here, but combine was rough. now im a little unsure
  13. i agree with all of this.... but follow the board with WR position as a tie breaker on importance. if a WR falls in 2nd or 3rd and we already grabbed one in the 1st, thats a good problem to have. dont mind a raw borderline blue chip red shirting (or coming onto form playoff time to spell WR's) a la Bernard (Legette comes to mind) if board doesnt fall that way, then im perfectly on board with the above post. we've got options, all are pretty olid also, diggs was hurt, had no WR2 AT ALLLLLLLL, expect a huge comeback year. enormous, monstrous. timing could work out well to trade him with high value, while his replacement is already familiar with the system.... or he gracefully ages into an elite #2 with a few youngins around him
  14. Wow what a crazy break to catch him. From article it sounds like he hacked jumbotron, they figured it out and traced it to him. Led to warrant for the hacking where they seized his pcs and that lead to them stumbling on his child p videos. Monster could easily be out there If he wasn't seeking petty revenge for being fired Dude looks like a Disney villain
  15. Why buy a house when he's running for "funner" money in 2 years lol seriously does anyone not see him in college within 3 years, o/u 3.5 years, and I'd go the under lol Also, who cares lol he's not living in his damn RV. He's living in a billion dollar facility, with a 10k Sq foot office that my yearly salary couldn't afford to rent for a day 🤣🤣🤣 Better name is 'trap house', keep the full brick in the RV and carry the 8ball in his sock at facility lol
  16. Can't forget it's coat controlled at what is quickly accelerating towards the #2 highest paid position in football. If you have a guy left in your tier #1 within reach you don't sit back and wait for tier 2 at a position of need. Sitting still causes you to miss out on your guy, but also can compromise a strict BPA strategy. You'll never be able to afford a WR1 in FA with Josh and a team this solidly built.... if needed, spend cap resources, do it once, but be sure about it. Remember taking a stab at RB in 3rd rd 2 years in a row, to have zero #1s..... Imagine spending two #1s and not getting THE guy you wanted. I'm neither for or against the idea, come up with consensus WR tiers, commit to following the rules the board dictates
  17. This wr class is thick enough with talent I'd be highly surprised if this isn't the case on any WR picked after #4. Puca Nacua and Tank just came out of this draft. I agree with the premise of the point but it's all about who has best scouting staff and trusts them to follow their board (or move up when it's called for). We see this every year with top organizations... and knowing how to develop their prospects.
  18. I don't even disagree with you but this is the worst counter argument. Different players, different team makeup, diff : decade, gm, hc, qb league offense style, roster make up etc etc etc Lazy answer I see parroted non stop on here
  19. Beane after dark has to break out the big guns again, yes again!! SUMMONS THE TWEETS WITH RAP LYRICS!!!
  20. I thought there was no way this thread could be as comically bad as the previous domestic against a woman thread *checks notes*, 3 weeks ago. This is amazing I cant understand why this historically violent man screaming at her to sign papers (saving him large sums of money) against her will, would come across as threatening. Whats he gunna do, break her bones? She should rub some dirt on it and tough it out
  21. shocking right. technically again, again, again. no worries though, i assume they had a miscommunication and all will be smooth from here out. thank God we'll never hear about him doing this again after today. the nfl has really come down on him hard and theres no way he can afford to get in huge trouble again, just like every other time his penalty has been so severe. i hear after your 5th violent accusation the NFL puts you in a guillotine at SB halftime. serious stuff, prayers up he learns what a 'fall guy' is, his teeth are really white, we need guys like that in our society front & center Why does society keep trying to hold Tyreek down like this?! Prayers up for the Cheetah, hes surrounded by all these liars that have the same stories, sounds like they corroborated this plan against him when he was only a teenager. Long con stuff
  22. "Hey lets not judge before we have all the details. He was just giving his gf a swiss massage in college. He was just disciplining his kid. He was just teaching that boat captain how to drive better. He was just teaching that girl football, plus i heard she has pictures on the interwebs, we'll wait for details im sure she broke her own leg. WE NEED MORE INFORMATION, BEFORE I CAN JUDGE HIS CHARACTER!" -TBD Posters, Feb 2024
  23. Diggs has an older deal compared to most #1 starters. the newer deals are always going to be for more than the last, especially at the WR position in modern NFL. this contract will look high for 2 years, and then just be in the regular old "upper echelon" of starter deals. after 3 years, a bargain..... that isnt just this contract scenario, this is every contract scenario in NFL at top end of positions. i remember peyton getting 10yr/100m as a kid and people losing their FN MINDSSSSSSSSSSSS lol "this league will be bankrupt" "even if hes 1st ballot, he'll NEVER live up to that deal" blah blah blah 'if he plays the way hes been playing and stays healthy, itll be a great contract if he stinks or gets hurt often, it'll be a bad one' ^^^ this is the truth for every top of position contract we've ever seen and will ever see, dont get too caught up on the $$$
  24. Lol good idea with a player like tyreek who will age like milk in this league
