would have liked a resign of Harrison Phillips ,but replacements seem adequate,wish Harry the best high character guy. Saffold vs Williams is a wash . Definitely need more bodies there. dissapointed no TE to go with Knox I feel they will snag another WR or two the running back that pulled out of his deal is replacable i look for one vet cb and a couple in draft concerned we can’t find a pass rusher don’t think there is much in the draft

he played very well the second half of the year. Harry has earned a decent contract so he doesn’t have to do the tacky west-herr commercial any more. He has overcome a couple of injuries hopefully he isn’t one of those guys who never reaches full potential because of injuries. I’d take a chance

As much as I like Fitz —- when he shows up the starter gets hurt and misses several games. would not mind Darnold ,Allen (bengals) ,Mullins or Johnson don’t think Mariota or Brissett would come.

It is doubtful that anything but the portable equipment, folding tables, benches etc can be reused. The rest will either be sold at auction or donated (turf) new stadium everything should be new . Maybe a big bills yard sale just before the new stadium opens.

I don’t know how much cap room the New Jersey Giants have I’m thinking Mackenzie may sign there because of two things the contract the bills signed him for last year ,the way he was treated after his kickoff fumble and lack of usage even after he saved the bills butt filling in for Beasley. any offense linemen we release either in training camp or to save cap . no TE because we have only one maybe a couple defensive linemen

I hope the Bills don’t sit back and let Shoen and Daboll gut there coaching staff. I know turnover is a highly normal occurrence in the NFL look at Andy Reid who seemingly has to replace coaches every year. While long-standing relationships are made it becomes who you trust in the long run. So who does McDermott and Beane know and trust who have they worked for and with. Personally I was thinking chuckys brother might be a fit ,former Washington coach and OC if they have to go outside the organization. If not promote Dorsey ,the assistant QB to QB coach and hire Webb as assistant QB coach. But it never seems to work that way in the crazy NFL.

Josh Allen is essentially the only QB on the roster Mitch T is as good as gone Davis Webb is a FA So what direction will the Bills go to fill these positions???

If Dabol leaves and wants to take Dorsey with him the Bills have no obligation to release him from his contract ! Refuse to let him go and have him take the O C job here !

Ken Dorsey or wr coach Hall for OC defense coord- if Frazier leaves( which I’m not so sure after the KC game ) im thinking they may go outside the current staff and bring in someone McDermott worked with before.
