I voted for fire the DC only. I have never been a Frazier fan as a DC. He is very Dick Jauron and has so much talent to work with. He is too vanilla. Regarding Dorsey, I don't think he will get fired after one year. However, I thought his play calling was awful all year. The first couple weeks of the Season he was ok. Two thoughts on Dorsey, geepers why would Carolina want to interview him for HC. And, secondly, Dorsey needed every moment possible to plan for this game, not an interview. McD doesn't fire coaches very often, so, I don't think he will fire either the OC or DC.

So what is the first coach or domino to fall?
Manther replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agreed and agreed. -
Will your respect for Tom Brady change when he retires?
Manther replied to Just Jack's topic in The Stadium Wall
Ya, that is how I feel too. I can appreciate his accomplishments. But, they are all tainted to me, very tainted for so many reasons. I think he is just a brat that throws tantrums when he does not get what he wants. The first half of his career, I respected him. The 2nd half of his career has thrown out the word respect when I mention Tom Brady. I feel like the last 3 Super Bowls were gifted to him. Both the path to them and the game itself. But, that is not my problem with the lack of respect for him. -
I think he was healthy. I think we didn't have a roster spot for him since he didn't play STs. Therefore we stashed him as injured. Its good for him to have an opportunity he was not getting here. I do wish he was still on the team though.

Chargers - Mike Williams and Joey Bosa hurt in meaningless game
Manther replied to Big Blitz's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think the Chargers lose to the lesser opponent on the road this week! Agreed, one and done this year. -
Mahomes is the oldest starting QB in AFC playoffs
Manther replied to Artem Lipatov's topic in The Stadium Wall
Wowsers, that is really cool. Sadly, I think this is the last time you can say Tua is the Dolphins starting QB. They are the starters though. Absolutely and absolutely! -
Ohhhhhhh

Congratulations, yes! Remembering folks thinking he was a liability in our Defense...I do not recall. Availability issues due to his hamstring, yes. Milano is a playmaker! Interesting, odd and rare? Who was last year?

I also love this GD team

Sean McVay returning to the Rams next season
Manther replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agreed, but, at least this one didn't last long. Less drama this year. -

First-ever NFLPA "Players All Pro Team"
Manther replied to Sierra Foothills's topic in The Stadium Wall
So, what is your point. Everyone who voted for AD watched tape on him? From multiple games. -
First-ever NFLPA "Players All Pro Team"
Manther replied to Sierra Foothills's topic in The Stadium Wall
It does look good and well done. You could argue others could be there, but, can't argue those players shouldn't be on the All-Pro Team. I like this. Should there be a 2nd Player voted All-Pro team. Not sure. I think I like it this way. I would be fine with either. Seeing the top 5 at each position later works for me with one team. I respect the players input and opinion rather than stats of a player who has played hurt all year. To earn your teams respect and your competitions respect are two very impressive things. Aaron Donald has earned that from his peers and vote says so. For Jacobs really impressive kudo's to enter Free Agency. Agreed, well said! -
I am not a negative poster. I am very optimistic. The sky is not falling and I think we can win the Super Bowl. I am going by the eye test with LESS consistent drives than last year and not on statistics. Sorry you don't like that. I think contributing factors that are and can improve... - Josh's elbow - Dorsey being a new play caller - lack of slot receiver to help move the chains - have not had it in the past consistently, but, recently, Cook and Singletary helping consistently move the chains - drops specifically Gabe Davis and Isiah McKenzie - red zone turnovers --> drive killers, not moving the ball, but, taking points off the board and demoralizing We need to continue to improve these areas as we have been. In order to win the Super Bowl we have to beat the best teams and I think we need to move the ball more consistently to win the Super Bowl and beat the best. We can do it and I am confident we will be able compete to win every game. Go Bills!

I am great with all of these and want them too. 8 and 9 aren't necessary, but, fun IF they happen. IF 1-7 & 10 happen we will be very successful! Yes, that should be added and would help us keep moving the chains and extending drives. That would be a very good thing.

Happy Six Years to Coach McDermott - Moment of Appreciation

It is a conversation. Very, very grateful to have McD and what he has done for our team and fanbase! THANK YOU Coach! -
Tua ruled out vs Buffalo, Skylar Thompson expected to start
Manther replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall
Well said. Stats are only relevant when used in the right context. Almost anyone can sell a one sided skewed argument. -
Tua ruled out vs Buffalo, Skylar Thompson expected to start
Manther replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall
Hopefully he still has his health and hasn't done permanent damage. If he never plays again, he should get hush money from the Dolphins and/or NFL for putting him back in the Bills game and/or playing the following week where he got concussed again. Agreed -
Bills WR Route Concepts in Our Offense
Manther replied to Warriorspikes51's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agree with all, all being... 1. Why not more short crossing routes, especially with McKenzie, Hines and Knox 2. Dorsey and holding back for the playoffs, I am hopeful, but also not holding my breath 3. RZ turnovers need to stop. Most of them aren't even close and are head scratching Go Bills, let's get this done! -
Kyler Murray: How did the Cardinals fall for it?
Manther replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agree on Cousins level. The part I disagree with is paying premium money for Cousins level. At least Cousins doesn't have a long term deal. However, his cap hit on short deals is acting like a long term deal. -
It does not mean they can't do better. The consistency of the drives is my bigger concern. It seems like it is great drive or no drive. And, no drive happens for a quarter at a time.
-
Awesome! Ok...why is that and why is it relative? I agree with your concerns. Just move the ball and chains. Josh will make the big plays when needed and they are not always needed.

Interesting. I have seen that more than we should. I don't have the answer, but, interesting.
