  1. Not totally against it, as he’s a superstar, but maybe get a look at Duke Johnson as a pass catcher in this system? James cook doesn’t look ready for the role just yet.
  2. He needs to get comfortable, god we have no patience 😂. He started to look better in the 2nd half. He needs reps, and time on task, I believe he’ll be a contributor the 2nd half of the season.
  3. -not worried about last year -not worried about last game (41-7 win) -Gabe Davis not a TD -McD doesn’t call the defense -Doesn’t control whether the WR’s go down or not. They know the drill, Mackenzie said as much, post game. -13 seconds was last year, again. -short yardage is a problem, not having 3 starting lineman, including your center, and backup center, who calls out protections doesn’t help. -QB sneaks arent very sneaky when you have JA. Fins defense was keyed on it all day and our O-line wasn’t winning at the LOS. Losing a game is tough, and excuses never go over well, but there was 20 reasons the Bills came up short today, none more egregious then the players themselves not being able to make a play when it was there. i.e. Gabe Davis dropped TD JA mis-firing to McKenzie in the EZ Matt Milano dropping a walk in pick-6 Tyler Bass missing a 38 yard fg Turning the ball over inside your own 10 At 1 point we were down 10/22 starters. Your not gonna win every week, and as fans we’ll question everything when we’re hurting, but let’s keep things within reason.
  4. I love the passion. Get mad, you lost to an inferior team. Moving rt along.
  5. I don’t think it’s a matter of preparation. Watching the post game with Knox and McKenzie, they both said they took multiple IV’s during the week, as well as staying up on the water and electrolyte intake. It was driven home right after the Titans game, however, these guys are coming off a short week, played a game where the opposing team is put on the sunny side, w field reach temperatures of 120 degrees. There’s only so much you can prepare for that. I listened to Reuben Brown speak earlier this week on a dolphins podcast and he said he was concerned for the offensive line bc at this point in the season your still not at your conditioning peak. His point gets compounded when it’s backup lineman, who haven’t had the reps or on field conditioning as the starters. These guys were laboring and it really ended up hurting us. With all of that, we were still there in the end.
  6. Jaquan Johnson is in his 4th year. Kid can play.
  7. This is where ppl get lost with Edmunds. His wingspan and size severely chokes the field. His presence alone in the middle disrupts passing games with the aforementioned ability to inhibit passing lanes. He was great all game long, not just the first quarter.
  8. Much of Edmunds game goes unappreciated. I, myself have always clamored for him to be more instinctual and this year he’s been at his best in that category. He does sometimes have a problem disengaging from blocks, but it’s hard to be perfect. You can’t teach his size, and his wingspan severely narrows the middle of the field. He takes away passing lanes unlike many linebackers in the nfl are able to. The play with Dane is an unfortunate result of playing aggressive, something many around here have criticized him for being lacking in the past. I hope we continue to see his growth, and playmaking ability, bc he making a difference so far.
  9. That had to be the worst attempt at subtitles I’ve seen. They had no idea what he was sayin
  10. I thought this was old news? Bills store has been selling billsmafia clothes for 2 years now
  11. Getting a 5th round pick for an underwhelming backup guard in a contract year I thought was one of the better moves. Not all draft picks work out as we know, so to get that worth for a player we were not going to re-sign was terrific
  12. Dead cap hit for the eagles, not for the team that trades for him.
  13. Agreed, I used to look forward to getting my tickets in the mail, with the booklets and flags and such…now all we get is a “thank you for your payment.”
  14. I understand, and I only speak for myself and how I feel. Downtown Buffalo would be more of a destination and desirable place for myself to visit, and what I personally would like, so I would imagine for some others as well. It just irks me to let an area just die, we’ve had countless areas, especially in Brooklyn that used to be completely garbage, and now have become almost unattainable to live in. Just hoping to facelift for that area I guess
  15. Agreed, but a facelift, infrastructure repair, and big business don’t hurt in attracting investment and other business. Again, as a visitor to the city, it’s something that would attract me to an area, as I want to stay downtown, rather I find myself going up to Hyrtle or Elmwood, which are great areas, but i like many others,I think, would prefer not to get into a car to go check things out, and especially not to go to the stadium.
  16. I really think we’re missing the boat when it comes to stadium location. I don’t live in Buffalo, so obviously it wouldn’t affect me as far as traffic and other hold-ups that residents would need to deal with, but re-locating the stadium downtown overlooking the lake and city just seems that much better to me. I have season tickets and coming from NYC, I usually stay at least one night, the night before, or night after the game at the Marriott downtown. Walking around, most times it seems like a ghost town in the space all around the harbor center, and the casino. If the Sabres aren’t playing, bars are closed, and unless you’re getting in the car, things to do are slim. I don’t think the tailgating would change all the much. Bills fans know how to do it, and they’ll find a way, especially in this social media driven world we live in. The tram that runs past the harbor center. Do people actually use that? It just seems like a beautiful stadium down there would attract new business, new hotels, greater use of the surrounding area and improved infrastructure amongst many things. Again, I’m a visitor, so I have different views here.
  17. I don’t, that was boatdrinks that said that. Idk of he meant it was Levi who went rogue or a bad call by Frazier…I gotta believe it was the latter.
  18. Using outside leverage and leaving the middle of the field wide open when the team has 2 timeouts is a mistake.
  19. Bless him and this bills family of ours. It hadn’t been easy but it’ll be worth it. Go bills.
  20. The point is if he was the o coordinator. It’s a hypothetical.
