  1. What is up with all the man love for Kaepernick? He's not particularly good. And the dude is an epic douche bag. I root against SF for the sole reason of him being qb. It would break my heart if the Bills hired that complete bone hole. I would much rather watch EJ play. At least EJ has some class.
  2. Why didn't you compare Bryce against all the Bills running backs? Seems convenient to pick and choose your own stats to make a point. Here are the career stats for each running back on the Bills roster this year: Career Rushing Stats from NFL.com: Bryce Brown 226 carries 5 fumbles = 1 fumble every 45 plays so far CJ Spiller 668 carries 13 fumbles = 1 fumble every 52 plays so far Fred Jackson 1279 carries 15 fumbles = 1 fumble every 85 plays so far Anthony Dixon 253 carries 1 fumble = 1 fumble every 253 plays so far Clearly Bryce Brown has the highest fumbling percentage of any running back on this team over his career. If he was the number one back on a team and got over 20 carries per game you could expect one fumble out of him every other game on average. How will he play in the future? Maybe the guy never fumbles again. Who knows? But history shows he has a proven track record of fumbling compared to any of the other backs on this team right now. Maybe that is why they didn't play him as much? He is a risk and as we all know Marrone wanted to avoid turnovers at all costs.
  3. I am convinced that Brandon and crew did not do their due diligence before hiring Marrone. They didn't dig deep enough to discover what kind of character Marrone really had. They began to realize what kind of character he really had when they saw how he treated players and staff at one bills drive. They saw it when he got into the argument in practice that Whaley had to break up. And then they finally saw it again when Marrone decided to quit on his staff, his team and the front office who strongly backed him. He screwed his team, his assistants and the guys who gave him his first shot as a head coach in the NFL. His credibility is surely tarnished. Reputation means a lot. Marrone's reputation sucks. He has not proven himself to be a consistent winner nor a good coach. (sounds glug, glug, glug) "Hey career! Is that you going down the drain?" Maybe he can get a job manufacturing douches. He can just model them after himself. What NFL owner or GM in their right mind would want that piece of crap offense for their football team? They would be nuts. Hey Marrone...you're number one baby! (whipping the bird)
  4. Yeah, Bryce looked great fumbling away that touchdown when the Bills were dominating the Chiefs. I get your point and it is a valid one, but don't use Bryce Brown as an excuse against Marrone. Bryce should be gone because of his proven history of fumbling, not just with the Bills but with his last team too.
  5. No doubt the offensive line has been poorly handled from both a player personnel and a coaching standpoint. Considering how well the rest of the team has improved, especially due to free agency and trades, I want Whaley to stay. In regards to the offensive line I am willing to give the guy a break. Marrone was here and he was respected for his offensive line experience. Therefore it is really easy to assume that the "team" was offering more weight to Marrone's opinion of draft prospects and free agents in those positions. Obviously the "team" of people in charge of assessing player personnel (including Whaley) should have made better decisions. But, based on the fact that Marrone was the offensive line "guru", I can't help but find myself laying the majority of the blame at his feet for that whole o-line situation debacle.
  6. Down in flames bitches! Ravens can beat New England. maybe?
  7. Steelers went for the throat on the first play right after a turnover. Weren't we waiting for the Bills to do that all year like winning teams do?
  8. For starters I wouldn't have been acting as if Marrone is one of the good ole' boys. And I certainly wouldn't have been acting like it was heresy to question whether or not fans should be satisfied with the results Marrone had for the season, especially right after that Oakland debacle. Brandon is either a poor judge of character or else he is a liar.
  9. NIce TD....Come on Ravens... One more TD....Put it away. Dr. Trooth feeling like a liar about how good his Steelers are.
  10. You are right for sure. The media was relatively easy on Marrone as were the fans in my opinion. Lots of people seemed like they were digging for reasons to give the guy a break and look at the bright side of the year. Then he goes and craps on his players, his staff and this fan base. Shame on him. How could any organization trust that guy. They would be foolish. It takes a lifetime to build up a good reputation. But it only takes a few minutes to destroy it.
  11. The whole Marrone thing has tarnished my opinion of Brandon too. He was such a strong supporter of Marrone. Makes Brandon look foolish and hurts his integrity in my opinion. Hard to take anything Brandon says as 100% truthful anymore. Schmuck.
  12. Refs again....geeze...... No call on pass interference. Then the defender pushes the receiver down after he doesn't catch the ball. That could have been called. Then on the next series number 77 on the Panthers blocks a guy in the back just as he goes to tackle the runner before he reaches the endzone. hmmmm..... Ginn.....hated him when he played for mIami.....still hate him...
  13. I had the same thought. Nothing would please m.e more than to see him have to take a demotion or be out of the NFL. He is very high on my shitlist. Friggin butface.
  14. Really too bad that Arizona is struggling due to QB injury. I hope they find a way to get it done today and through the rest of the playoffs. Doubtful but hopeful. Just like cheering for the Bills.
  15. I picture Sullivan crying right now. wah hah hah.....wah ha ha....mommy he made fun of me....wah....mommy I wanna go home.....ahhhhhh... Sullivan's mom: There there my little booger eater......close the computer and come let mommy rub your back.... Sullivan sniffles and secretly pops a little chub...
  16. Doug Whaley = Dave Chapelle in disguise.
  17. Lazor = good qb caoch but a bad offensive coordinator. I say yes if you want him for a QB coach. I say absolutely not to him as OC.
  18. Sounds like he just burned his bridges with the staff. Fool. Hurts his reputation and integrity.
  19. Have you ever seen him interviewed? I recall seeing him interviewed after the last bowl game last year. He appeared about as intelligent as a box of rocks. He better make it in football, because he is going to struggle in the real world where your brain matters more. Funny that you mention this. I had this very thought earlier today. I wonder if a trade can be worked out where the Bills deal somebody high in salary cap for an established quarterback like Matt Ryan? Something like that could be the big news of the offseason.
  20. Amazon Cloud or Rackspace Cloud possibly a better hosting solution?
  21. Marrone isn't stupid. You don't screw over guys you intend to work with for the next few years. Marrone wouldn't use this moment in time and his 3 day out clause to do that because it would ruin his relationship with the guys he works with every day. If he gets a contract extension it will be if and when he proves he deserves one because he is an excellent coach. If he tries to pressure them into a contract extension right now, you can bet they will whip him the bird and show him the door. And it would burn those relationships permanently, especially the lovey dovey relationship he has with Brandon.
  22. I always thought the Bills (Brandon in particular) was masterful at promoting a team that has a losing track record. I couldn't believe season ticket sales would go up and games would continuously sell out even though the product on the field was bad. In fact, I kept meeting local people who had dropped their season tickets because the Bills had sucked for too long. And at the same time I was not meeting anybody new in my local area who was buying season tickets. I could not figure out who these people were that Brandon was somehow convincing to buy up all these tickets the Bills were selling when the team just continued sucking. Then I started asking more people in the stadium who sit around me. When someone new comes in, I ask them where they are from. Low and behold I began realizing that a huge percentage of the fans attending the games are Canadians. I am glad they come and they are generally pretty awesome people. But, it began dawning on me that maybe it wasn't the awesome marketing job the Bills were doing and maybe it had much more to do with life in Canada. I sat down and had a long discussion with a Canadian friend of mine. He told me that Canadians who live within 1 hour of the border absolutely love to come to the Buffalo area to do things, especially football and hockey. They love it because it feels like a cheap (day/night) out for them because it seems like everything is cheaper in WNY. I eventually came to the realization that the Bills (or Brandon) don't really need to do anything superior when it comes to marketing the team. The uptrend in Canadian fans (due to the economic situation) is a trend that will occur completely independently of how good of a job the Bills do at marketing. For the time being at least (as long as things seem cheap in WNY) the Canadian NFL fan attendance will continue its upward trend here in Buffalo. Pretty soon we will need to sing the American national anthem along with the Canadian anthem just like hockey games in Buffalo. I am extremely thankful that pretty much all the Canadians I meet are very easy to get along with and pretty cool (normal) people. Otherwise it would suck.
  23. Yes this is likely what happened. People are trying really hard to make something out of nothing about some chain of command thing. It is silly. When you run a company of any size, you have a core group of people running that company. That is normal. In this case that core group includes all of these guys - Pegula, Marrone, Whaley and Brandon. There are probably a couple others in that group too that we don't hear about very often. That core group is the "team" that runs this company. It takes a team to run a company of that size. One guy "Pegula" would not run a company of that size all by himself like a King. It just doesn't work that way. So when something big like "Orton retiring" happens, it is perfectly reasonable that everyone on that core team would insist that every other member on that core team find out immediately. Marrone called Pegula right away because it is a huge event and huge piece of news that the owner needs to be the first person to hear about. Marrone was doing his duty making sure that Pegula knew about this huge news ASAP. That is all. The whole thing suggests absolutely nothing about the chain of command. If Orton had reported his retirement directly to Pegula first, one of Pegula's first actions would have been to call coach Marrone and let him know. Pegula would have also made sure Whaley and Brandon and anyone else in that core team was notified ASAP as it was a big deal that everyone know immediately.
  24. About 3.79 liters = 1 gallon So your gas is approximately $3.67 per gallon. Gas here in the states is about $1 cheaper per gallon roughly.
