  1. Same goes here!! Love it!! Cool azz shiznit, BigPappy
  2. The players are risking it because of the benefits they are getting by smoking it. I watched an Inside the NFL episode that discussed the use of weed with players. There are actually studies that show that Marijuana aids in the healing of your brain after a concussion, as well as the already documented use for pain relief. There are also some initial studies that show they may lessen the severity of a concussion in someone that is already an occasional user. There are always risks when you don't follow the rules, its just a mitigated risk and as far as a player is concerned the benefits of using it far out weigh the risks. personally i think It should be removed from the banned usage list. It's not a performance enhancing drug. Furthermore, its becoming legal in more and more states and its a natural way for players to reduce pain levels vs filling their bodies with sometimes toxic chemicals. But that is jmho.
  3. Fair enough. Thanks Yolo, I didn't know he actually got interviews.
  4. ....And what point did you make? I'm sorry, but do you work for the Bill's? Were you there in the offices every day watching them make things "unbearable" for Marrone. I seriously doubt it! So really...You don't no a dam thing about what happened. You're no better than the media with all of their speculation. Your guessing that they made it unbearable for him. The only fact everyone (including you) knows is that he quit, he walked out on his team. Period!! He's so coveted as a head coach, he didn't get any interviews.
  5. I have done the same thing. The fact is though, His body is going to catch up with him. It would not surprise me if he takes one vicious hit and gets seriously hurt. Not that I really care mind you. A-holes like him never know when its time to hang it up until its too late. BigPappy
  6. Exactly right!! It should be mandated that if you want to play in the NFL you have to graduate from College to enter the draft. This way, when their career in Football is over they already have the degree to pursue what ever else it was they wanted to do with their lives. BigPappy
  7. Ding ding ding.....We have a winner here! I'll even go one step further and say that it should not be one of Rex's former defensive staff stooges that he hasn't already hired. BigPappy
  8. If Denver gets to the the big game, I am rooting for them. If its anyone else I am rooting for the NFC whom ever it is. Most likely the Panthers. They seem unbeatable. BigPappy
  9. Agreed, Rex stays. Dennis Thurman needs to go though. We have great personal on the defensive side of the ball. We need to change the scheme to fit personnel, not change the personnel to fit the scheme. We need Schwartz back! BigPappy
  10. I have to admit, I was not a fan of the trade, but it seems to have worked out in our favor so far. The think with Kiko is he missed a ton of time, including most of training camp in a new system. He's now missed 5 gaves to boot, so of course he's behind. I don't think he's damaged goods tho. He's healthy, next year with a full training camp with Chip Kelly's system (presuming he's not fired or quits) Kiko will be a very good if not great player. He has great instict's and he will get better with the run as he matures and develops. BigPappy
  11. Yea, I really blew that one too. I thought Spiller would have a killer year with the Saints. They appear to be a shell of the team they used to be.
  12. Bills 35 ---- Giants 20 Karlos Has a big day again and goes over 125 yards of rushing. I think the first half the score will be close, but we pull away in the 3rd quarter. Big Pappy
  13. Slant to Sammy off the right side, gain 6 yards. 15 first downs.
  14. ESPN Power Rankings have us at #9 and NFL Network has us at 6. http://espn.go.com/nfl/powerrankings/_/week/2 http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000531124/article/nfl-power-rankings-packers-nab-top-spot-chiefs-enter-top-five Not sure I agree with the Saints and Steelers though. I think those are in need of being reversed. I think all the others are pretty close to dead on. Not that I'm an expert or anything.
  15. Shady up the middle for 6 yards. 17 First downs.
  16. I agree with this 1000%. I think there going to be a tough team to play but I see them 8-8 or 9-7 at best.
  17. I feel your pain there Captain! I endured my "symptoms" for 17. You just get tired of being a tackling dummy and standing back up and feeling woozy every time you get hit.
  18. I read somewhere he may loose his spot as a starter or get cut out right because he has not lived up to the expectation they had. Probably because he isn't next to Wood and more on our O-Line. Bigpappy
  19. London Fletcher. I met him at a Bill's pre Camp dinner where the players were signing autographs. The guy is a class 1 Grade A narcissistic douche. Every time his highlight reel came up on the big TV screen, he stopped signing and watched his own highlight reel. Even as he was talking to people. About every 5 minutes the line for his autograph stopped moving for a good 2 minutes while he watched. BigPappy
  20. He is nothing more than camp fodder. Depth to get through camp, and a veteran presence for the younger guys. Bigpappy
  21. This list except remove big ben and add t brady. Cheater or not he still goes in the top 5. Bigpappy
  22. Well said Dog!! You could have put any Elite back behind our offensive line and they would have looked pedestrian at best. BigPappy
  23. Since I am at work, I can't read through all the responses so I will apologize if this has been said already. Anyone who doesn't think CJ is going to "kill it" this year is crazy IMO. He has been stuck behind one of the perennial "worst offensive lines" since his arrival. Which is one of the reasons why he is considered fragile. He is a smaller RB and he can't take the beatings that he got behind our line. Going off the NO is going to be the BEST thing that happened to him. Their offensive line is 5 times better than ours. He will flourish there and he wont be taking the beatings he took here, I love me my Bills but we have not had a good coaching staff since Marv retired as coach. They have not know how to use their players. Using them in the wrong schemes. Plugging them into spots they know nothing about playing, hiring assistance that don't know the difference between deep out and the hook-n- go. Not to mention their lack of using the slant. I mean come on, it's 3rd and 2. You don't run a 10 yard out with your fastest guy...you have him run the slant!!! Ryan is by far the best hire we have made since Marv left but we will have to see if it works out. BigPappy
  24. I will say first that I would not mind Kap in Buffalo, but it would never happen...there's not enough cap space. That said, there was a lot more going on last year in San Fran than anyone knows. I don't think Roman or Kap as a pair were the issue. There was a TON of decention in that organization from Harbough, causing issues throughout the whole team. Besides, one season does not show all the facts regarding Kap as a QB. Is he an elite QB? that remains to be seen. BUT, he is better than ANYONE on this roster currently. BigPappy
  25. With The Greg Roman connection, I am surprised Buffalo is not on that list. BigPappy
