  1. Considering that the Bills will probably draft a WR in the mid-rounds this year anyway, I'd offer third round value and see if they bite. That's probably overpaying a bit for a malcontent, but he does have talent and has played well at times.
  2. He's getting old and his supporting cast isn't that great. He also seems like a drama magnet and I'm not really sure he's into it anymore.
  3. It took her long enough. I'd never vote for her, but she's reasonable, intelligent and likeable...three things in very short supply these days among her now former party.
  4. The Bills would only be on the hook for his base salary and the workout bonuses in years he remained on the roster. The Panthers would eat the rest, which amounts to any bonuses they have previously paid him, inclusive of amounts yet to be amortized. Their numbers are accurate.
  5. If there's a good OG available, I might kick the tires, but chances are, the value won't line up to make it worthwhile.
  6. Yeah, he needs to be on the field more. At the very least, I'd play him ahead of Crowder, but I think he'll probably take McKenzie's job as the slot WR by the end of the season if not sooner. That's no knock on McKenzie at all, but I think Shakir is going to be better soon if he isn't already.
  7. Looks like a cramp.
  8. Yeah, it was close enough that it could go either way.
  9. I don't hate the call. That's a TD if Morris doesn't fumble.
  10. Nice catch by Morris and while the defender was committing a major hold.
  11. That play had everything. Great throw, great catch, great play by the DB to (almost) take it away, and by Davis to rip it back away from him.
  12. Yeah, I'd rather he just stay the hell away from it if he has any doubt about it.
  13. With the way the secondary is playing, they may as well give him some extra time. I'd just wait until after the bye week.
  14. That ankle injury for Davis might be causing some issues with dropped passes depending on how painful it is.
  15. Half a dozen, at least.
  16. Just call up Hodgins from the practice squad.
  17. Agreed, but I think the hesitation got him, too. At that point, he had his momentum under control. There's no need to take another step or two into the QB. He might still have gotten away with it had he raised his hands into the contact and acted like it was accidental, but wrapping up sealed it. Easy call, IMO, and one that probably gets called more often than not.
  18. It hit him between the 8 and the 0. Totally uncatchable.
  19. As long as he plays, most likely.
  20. No, because I think it says a lot more about how good and just how big of a surprise that Benford has been than anything about Elam.
  21. That's excellent news and it's good to see that they finally have a front office that values the TE position and the contribution that a player like Knox can make.
  22. I don't know, but having 13 times the overall population to draw taxes from undoubtedly helps tremendously. It's also worth noting that Mississippi didn't suddenly become poor when Republicans started winning statewide elections there in the 1990s. I can't find any information on the state house, but they elected Democrats exclusively to the governorship for a century prior to 1992.
  23. That one does surprise me a little. I thought he might be this year's UDFA that makes the roster.
