    My main point is that the assistants are under contract right now and Elway is doing what he thinks is in the best interests of the Broncos, as he should. We know sports are cutthroat businesses but this doesn't seem unusual or wrong.

    Possibly, other than Kugler, do we know of others with interview options? It's also possible some of these coaches are pretty happy to still have a chance to have a job with Denver next season. Either way, Elway doesn't want to lose good assistant coaches, can't fault him for that. Assistant coaches won't think twice to leave a team for another job, it works both ways.

    Are they still under contract with Denver? Seems like he's looking out for his teams best interests.

    I remember being at his first game, everyone was just in awe of him. He was all over the field.

    Interesting that Washington had the worst % of capacity, they always had a mile long wait list to get season tix. Buffalo was 5th worst. Not good for the self proclaimed greatest fans in the league. someone needs to slap her in the head.

    I would be if that loss kept us out of the playoffs or eliminated us from them.

    it would really be ok with you if he cost us 2 games because of penalties? That's pretty significant in a 16 game season.

    i'm just guessing, i have no idea. My original point was that getting his type of production out of a 2nd round pick would be considered an excellent draft pick.

    I'm not focusing on the pick 6, never even mentioned it. I just don't consider the season a success, I can't imagine Beane or McDermott do either. Yes, some players made progress and it's exciting to watch Allen improve, but we have quite a few issues, probably why we fired an assistant coach and expect to have a pretty significant roster turnover this offseason.

    Josh Allen's season could be looked upon as a success, however, there were still quite a few things that went wrong - hence the 6-10 record.

    He would probably get $6-7m per year. I don't think Beane would make that type of move.

    I don't see the Bills going after many free agents that would carry a big price tag. But would you be happy with a 2nd round pick averaging 50 receptions, 15 ypc and 6 TD's? I would think that would be a very successful pick.

    With 10 picks, I would expect at least one draft pick to be used on a viable RB.

    any position is a dime a dozen, but if you're looking for high quality, not quite that abundant.

    They actually have a worse OLine than the Bills. Had key injuries on the line. It's a pretty crappy roster. I think they had 2 first year coordinators too. How about someone NOT getting something based on race? Intentional or not.
