  1. Pryor is complete garbage. I wouldn't take him for free.
  2. Until the Bills have a QB that can actually be trusted to throw the ball more than 10 times a game, there is no sense in acquiring a WR making 10+ mil a year. Just stick with what they have at WR for now, and then maybe address it in the off-season depending on the QB for 2018.
  3. At some point a defender will take offense to a celebration and a bru-ha-ha will ensue. Then the NFL will react by saying "no more celebrations". Full circle.
  4. Excellent take. When acts like this lead to full blown fights on the field, will you be okay with that too? Lynch is a moron with absolutely no sense of right and wrong.
  5. IMO...the draft has become so popular, that they should have moved it to arena/domed stadiums years ago. They had outgrown Radio City Music Hall, and the outside venues the last two years was just not going to cut it. Sooner or later, the weather would wreak havoc for the fans who show up.
  6. At least the crazy pop-up ads that used to come from every direction have stopped. I used chrome and no matter what I tried, the ads were always non-stop.
  7. I'm old. I had to look up what "throwing shade" means. Millennial thing?
  8. Great suggestion. Saw them live a few years ago.
  9. Sexual harassment going back decades... https://www.nytimes.com/2017/10/05/us/harvey-weinstein-harassment-allegations.html The Buffalo angle...for those growing up in WNY in the 70's, he was part of "Harvey and Corky" local concert promoters.
  10. Great! This nonsense has now made its way into MLB... https://www.si.com/mlb/2017/09/24/bruce-maxwell-anthem-protest
  11. I'm not upset or offended or anything else posters want to assume, blah blah blah Just pointing out the act of a moron.
  12. What a moron. http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/20805366/odell-beckham-jr-new-york-giants-flagged-odd-celebration-2-tds
  13. Watching Geno Atkins dominate the interior line for the Bengals, I can only imagine what Dareus would be like IF he was motivated to play hard every snap, AND if he played around 295-300 pounds, instead of his listed weight of 330...which means he is probably closer to 350.
  14. I know it is just a one game sample, but it seems like Poyer and Hyde are going to be a decent tandem. Hopefully they can keep up the good play. Not sure if Whaley gets the credit for signing them, but if so, it was a nice gift to the Bills as he was about to get the boot.
  15. Barnidge finds a team in desparate need of a TE, gets to skip training camp, and still get a good contract? Seems like a win for him.
  16. So you are okay with the teams highest paid player, being on the field for less than half the snaps, and when he was on the field, didn't make any impact plays? I'll move on. I now see that it doesn't matter which players on a team make the big $$$. I need to ignore all salaries, and look at Dareus like he is making league minimum...and then he does look like a pretty good player.
  17. Why do I care how much any one player is being paid? Well...just a hunch on my part, but there is this thing called the salary cap, and when you give a big chunk of those cap dollars to an under-performing/under-utilized player, that more or less is going to hurt the team in terms of being able to sign someone else who might be more productive.
  18. How about the double teams when he was on the sideline for 40% of the defensive snaps? What an impact!!!
  19. You don't pay a DT a $100 million to be JAG who plugs up the middle of the line. He was paid that money to be an IMPACT player. If he cannot be that player, or they don't want to put him on the field enough to be that player, then his future as a Bill is probably done by the end of the 2018 season....when his dead cap hit drops significantly.
  20. ^^^ This. While digital subscriptions to the BN may or may not work, the demise of the BN is wishful thinking by some posters here.
  21. I don't remember the story of his mom and dad being reported during his time with the Bills. Awful tragedy... http://web.kitsapsun.com/archive/2004/11-28/19608_a_dozen_years_later__woodinville.html
  22. There is a certain amount of knucklehead-itis that every HC has to deal with, and obviously "star" players are given more leeway, but Dareus has crossed the line on multiple occasions, and just doesn't care. I guess 10's of millions of dollars will do that do some players. Other players deal with the riches without ANY off the field issues.
  23. He's had a such a hard time in his life...as if no other young NFL player has had to deal with adversity. [/sarcasm off] I said it when he signed the massive new contract and I still say it...they will regret it.
