Garbage pickers in my town have been limited when they changed to, "all garbage must go in the tote". This is every week, except for one pickup week per month, and even then you can only put out 3 items.

I’ve been in Wegmans, Walmart, Target and Lowe’s over the last 5 months and I’ve seen NOTHING that compares to the gates, concourses or restrooms at the stadium.
