These would be my changes… - Get rid of illegal formation. The only thing that stays is OL have to be within a reasonable distance of the OC. The “guy is covering up or not covering up” is dumb and meaningless to the play. -Allow two or more men in motion at the same time as long as no one is going towards the line of scrimmage at time of snap. - Illegal man down field. Who cares. As long as they don’t catch the ball, let the OL go wherever they want. Specifically, if they are 5 yards downfield on an RPO, so what.

I don’t want Josh having input on selection of a coach, gm, or specific players, but nothing wrong with him going to Pegula and saying “we need a #1 WR”, or “it’s not working with <insert coach>”.

I thought he would be a very good contested catch guy. He has not demonstrated that, and when combined with his lack of separation skills, his career may be limited and shortened.

Brady sucks, but when he was promoted, I am sure McD was happy to have a young inexperienced OC who was grateful for the promotion versus an experienced older OC who would be more of a challenge for McD.

1 - Josh Allen will always help cover up their shortcomings. 2 - Pegula can’t trust himself to hire replacements for either guy. Just look at the friggin’ mess of his other team. 14 years and no playoffs and no light at the end of the tunnel.

The way Coleman is going, he may not see the end of his rookie contract as a Bill…unless McD & BB let pride get in their way. As Bob Barker said about Happy Gilmore…”this guy sucks”.
