  1. Feels like there should be football on today
  2. My favorite ever Josh Allen throw
  3. Northern Erie only tagged with a SEVERE watch vs. the EXTREME watch happening in some areas south if here. From what I read, the difference appears to be multiple inches vs multiple feet.
  4. Next weeks game (12/8) will be a full month removed from whatever injury Kincaid sustained on his knee. I’d be very surprised if he wasn’t ready to go for the Rams game.
  5. It’s been this way since McDermotts tenure. There is zero reason to tune in IMO.
  6. January W/L record this decade: 2020: 3-1 (13 seconds loss to Chiefs) 2021: 3-1 (OT loss the Chiefs) 2022: 2-1 (Loss to Bengals) 2023: 2-1 (Loss to Chiefs) 10-4 in January, still pretty good. Cheers to going 5-0 this January.
  7. What’s their record in January 😳
  8. Right. its an analytics game. Much more of a likelyhood of winning up 9 points vs the difference between 7 or 8
  9. I know he’s had a number of TDs this season but Q Johnson has just been invisible, much like he has been his whole career so far.
  10. When Aikman called Mac Jones a future HOFer, that’s when I just completely tuned them out. it’s ridiculous
  11. Ravens just ripping of chunk plays and then when they throw the ball they look inept. Why bother
  12. Right. One guy broke six tackles while the other had players purposefully not hitting him.
  13. Missing all the starting talent today vs the Packers really put them behind from the jump, but they really looked like a bad team all around today. Missed tackles, penalties, turnovers, pressures, it just was an overall rough day at the office. If SF gets back Bosa and Purdy, I’d expect them to be stronger but not strong enough. They’d really have to clean up their game flying back east after a tough rough beat down to stand a chance in prime time next weekend
  14. You might be onto something here. He could very well be their best player, but maybe not their most impactful. Bosa is that guy IMO
  15. Cheers @appoo for the detail on this. I am thinking the offseason moves as far as re-signing players would be Groot and Benford. If they were going to try to extend Douglas, I think you would have seen it last off season. Cooper I am really not sure what to make of it. With Shakir, Samuel and Coleman all guaranteed back next year (plus Kincaid and Knox), I don’t see this as something they’re going to over extend themselves on. If my prediction of Benford isn’t right, then its likely going to be a Bernard or Shakir extension. They’ve got a couple young up and comers that need new deals and you can’t wait on all of them. If they want a guy long term, best to do it now. Long story short, they really are in a solid position moving forward. Best QB in the league OL and RB room returning Shakir, Samuel, Coleman, Knox, Kincaid under contract Groot Epinessa Oliver Carter Milano Bernard Williams Benford Rapp Bishop A lot of cap room and still plenty of draft capital. I think CB2, 1T DT, DE and WR are where we can look to improve or will need help.
  16. Steelers always seem to find a way to win close games and they’re just not that talented. The luck with run out.
  17. I think the bigger picture here is that the team is hurting as a whole and is going through a difficult travel combination: guys like Bosa, Williams, Ward are all dinged up and they’re on the road to Green Bay…which should be a tough one. Then they have to reload and fly cross country to Buffalo to play a team coming off of the bye. This is a huge advantage. I have no doubts Purdy Williams and Bosa will play when they come to Orchard Park, but they will likely be feeling the pressure of the injuries and travel piling up
  18. I have trouble leaning into the validity of these numbers. Aside from how difficult it is to actually know the true coverage on a play, how is the data being accumulated? Does anyone know this sources (Trumedia) process for classifying coverages? Its a cool chart and an interesting thing to discuss, but I wonder how accurate they numbers are.
  19. So exactly how many comp picks do the Patriots get for this?
  20. Yep, this is where his struggles came. To be fair, our IOL had a tough time getting any movement up front and staying on blocks I haven’t seen a lot of the film yet, but from the game view a big struggle was backside penetration and allowing guys to cross their face into the backfield and hole. (lots of that what she saids loading)
  21. Are you kidding? If I got the rock, I’d Sam Adams that mother all the way to the crib
  22. Fire everyone
  23. Heck of a kick
  24. Bengals finished how they started. good night
