  1. It’s funny— my dad has very few hobbies. After he retired, he just became bored, and I have tried to get him to pick something up. on the other hand, I have a ridiculous and endless amount of hobbies. and when I get a new hobby, I sort of dive into it fully and obsessively. Some drop off for a bit, but then I come back to in spurts. The two most recent hobbies I have added over the past year: 1) cooking authentic Chinese food and trying to perfect deep dish pizza 2) weight lifting (now at the gym 5-6 days per week) But if I made a list now, I think I probably have 20 solid ongoing hobbies.
  2. Do teams still just run right at him?
  3. The day he was drafted, I predicted he would be a stud! Reminded me of my man Terrence McGee. maybe the only time I was right about something! 😀
  4. hayden Harris really took the team’s hamstring plague to the next level— both hamstrings!! &nbsp
  5. you are not wrong. There is generally a huge oversaturation in the podcast market. Not necessarily just Bills, but everywhere. A lot of junk out there that you have to sift through.
  6. I can tell you that about 90% of NFL fans from other teams would kill to have such a class guy as their star QB. We are blessed!
  7. Knowing Anderson, probably someone kicked him in the knee when he was engaged in some back alley brawl.
  8. thanks! The way he explains it and the way it is shown makes me think this is probably more for pass rushers than corners?
  9. i feel like I will never get the credit I deserve for actually exercising self restraint and not posting my usual drivel in the now-closed “news” thread.
  10. Haha. “as I await my MRI, I would like to make a statement about the state of the NFL salary cap.” Doc, I thought you were a Gen-zer for sure!
  11. so you give me no credit for my “I am no expert” preamble? That is harsh! Maybe I am wrong and the old “running around in a circle like a maniac” is a very helpful drill for cornerbacks!
  12. I am no expert, but that seems like a pointless drill too.
  13. Burkes is not all that dissimilar to AJ Brown. Both guys had a decent number of missed games and injuries their first three years— Brown, though, stayed on the field a bit more. i am guessing someone takes a flyer on Burkes. Maybe he can get healthy and turn things around.
  14. I love Alec Anderson. While I love how our team is genuinely super solid guys, it is nice to have a hot head/mean guy like Anderson.
  15. Still waiting for a Shand update?
  16. The year of the wrist has been replaced by the year of the hamstring.
  17. True. I think all NFL stadiums pretty much have very low or negative return on investment. But I think Indy and Minnesota are the models on how you make the roof stadiums at least a better ROI. I said this from Day 1, but my hope was that the Bills would have built a more modest and cost-effective indoor stadium, patterned after Lucas Oil. Oh, well. The ship has sailed.
  18. to me, met life was the effective end of the open door stadium. It’s one of the worst stadiums and biggest mistakes. I guess you might have outliers like Levi, but my understanding is that there was some issues with FAA regs in building a higher stadium. Also, now they are doing billions in renovations!
  19. it’s actually the way of the past too. No NFL team has been building open air stadiums for the last 15 years. Just a total waste of money and sub par fan and player experience. Terrible investment by Buffalo.
  20. this would be a first. I’d like to see what that actually looked like.
