This is an accountable team. Accountable to each other and their coach. I can't envision them "mailing in a game". However, the Jets are talented, especially on D. They are getting serviceable QBing. If the Jets win it won't be because the Bills lacked effort and focus, it will be because the Jets exploited the Bills weakpoints --- On offense for the Jets - the Bills holes in coverage; the susceptibility to cut back runs; On Defense for the Jets, creating mismatches with their Defensive Line and the tight coverage of their corners. From a talent perspective -- this game is close.

Opinion: Writing Is on the Wall - Cam Is Coming

Gug--you have the team right just not the player. Star Lotulelei will be a Bill on or about the opening night of Free Agency. -
The Brownsiest Brownsing even for the Browns

 Paul: Sashi did you make the call? Sashi: That was your job. Pass me another beer. You gonna eat the rest of that Perogi? We laugh...but the Bills have had long periods of incompetence that resemble this... -
I consider this a forgiveable lie...like the ones my kids tell me when I ask how they can use so much cell plan data...

Bills would have won the Panthers game if we had Benjamin....
-
Joe Banyard gets cut.
-
Coach looks like the real deal as well.....Not used to this. Something must be wrong.
-
Picked it up. Goal will be to negotiate long term though. Cap hit is $8.5 million next year.

Bills just got better. The Panthers love Funchess for the big receiver role and don't want to pay Kelvin. You can bet he fits the culture. Beane and McDermott saw him rehab from a knee. They know his character. Waiting to see what the compensation is.... A lower half 3rd and a lower half 7th? That's all????? Man the players have to be sky high right now. This is affirmation that the Bills are going for it this year.

A great family. Alice and Joe raised 5 boys. Joe worked his ass off providing what he could. All the boys got that work ethic and they all worshiped their mom.
-
Beane: Sorry Vic, it all happened after 1 PM ET....

Jimbo was on Mike and Mike this AM. There will be, apparently, a lot of Houston Gambler mentions which is cool. Jim, Ed, Danny (all the Kelly boys) lived the good life in Houston. I spent more than a few hours of my internship with the Gamblers at the Kelly bros. house. Good times. Papa Joe Kelly, who recently passed, was one of my favorite people. Jim worked his ass off becoming a better QB those two years. I even got to run some routes post practice. I am sorry that Gamblers Coach Jack Pardee is not still living to be interviewed for this show -- he loved Jim. Mouse Davis, Gamblers OC in year 1 and inventor of the run and shoot, I am sure will have some great quotes about Jim. I can't wait for this.

Patriots trade Jimmy Garoppolo to SF

Hoyer back to Pats (Where it all started) as the back up I bet .....I don't think he has to go through waivers as a 9 year vet. Wonder if Darnold is staying in school? -
10-30: McDermott & Coordinator Monday Pressers
JoeF replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
@JaySkurski McDermott says he went out to the RV lot after the game yesterday at about 5:30. "It was a great environment." #Bills Glad he didn't catch on fire.... -

The Bills have a culture now.....you either need to reform your diva tendencies (see Shady) or you don't belong. It may seem crazy but... Deonte Thompson >>> TY Hilton or Martavis Bryant in the Bills leadership eyes Cedric Thornton >>> Marcel Dareus in the Bills leadership eyes Individual talent in football is important. It allows coaches to scheme to a player's strengths...but more than any other sport -- football demands teamwork and executing assignments. When Dareus was around and playing well, Preston Brown could read and watch for cutbacks because he knew Marcel would clog the middle like an all-pro. Now he likely has to sell out to fill a hole and the strong safety needs to be the cut back watch. Small example. The Bills are willing to sacrifice some unique talents for players who execute assignments that are within their talents. Its a shitload better than guys not knowing where to line up and relying too much on a unique skill to make plays like they did under Rex. Wait until the draft...I predict this board is going to blow up with anger at some of the selections made....but the Bills will end up with a lot of T. White type players.

DiMarco was a beast today..
-
I will throw out that I don't think the current product on the field got any worse today. The current coaching did not value him and were using him as a depth player. Cut your losses -- don't be tied to where someone was drafted -- that thinking is not a rebuild mode. Dareus was and is an underperforming asset -- you can't base decisions on him turning it around and reaching his massive potential you have to base it on what he has done.

We interrupt this evening news segment on the new President of the US Virgin Islands to bring you the really important news of the day..Jordan Poyer is questionable for Sunday's game vs. the Raiders. -
You have used the game as your own personal platform to justify a cause. Dr. King used his own influence, position, intellect to drive change. He never disrespected the flag or other symbols of the country. In fact, he displayed utmost respect that the country in which he lived allowed him the opportunity to speak his mind and lead a mostly non-violent campaign for change. Why bring the game you supposedly love into a controversy? It seems self-serving when a person like you has so many other avenues in which to advocate for change and social justice.
