I sat courtside two weeks ago at an NBA game - Timberwolves versus Warriors. Draymond Green and Rudy Gobert going at each other was as physical as anything I have seen in a Football Game. I left that game with the idea that NBA basketball is really a contact sport. It wasn't the typical lean on each other stuff - it was shoulders and elbows and running starts...never drew a whistle.
