I want to give Beane and McD a min of 5 years. Constant changing of systems keeps starting all over. Losing Richie and Wood set the OL back big time. Daboll needs a game plan that will keep Allen in one piece or bring in another QB till the OL can pass protect.

I'm convinced Allen has the maturity not to lose his confidence over a bad OL. My bigger concern is him getting hurt especially after the throw hits.

It takes a long time to build a good OL , that's scary. Hindsight is 20/20 would should have been doesn't change today. Just stay with Beane and McD long term .
