you're going to make it far on these boards. attacking me and not providing any context is the mark of someone who doesn't know what they're talking about. let me dumb it down for you, so you "know how to respond to this crap" -Mahomes is doing well partly because he has talented offensive players surrounding him (including a top 5 RB and two Top 25 pass catchers). -They have the 8th best pass protection through 4 weeks. -Their coach is an all-time great and has produced great offensive numbers with other, less talented QBs, through WC schemes (mcnabb, old vick, alex smith, kolb, young favre) -Nine other teams had a chance to draft him and didn't.

Would Buffalo Support an NBA Team?

Uh, yeah, I'd say you are lucky to have one of the most offensively gifted teams in NBA history. -
Would Buffalo Support an NBA Team?
quinnearlysghost88 replied to Billsfanatic8989's topic in Off the Wall Archives
As a person who has lived in four cities with an NBA team (including now), it loses its allure really quick. NBA games are boring. They're slow. People are texting and talking among themselves in the crowd. Sure it's exciting when Lebron comes to town or Westbrook comes to town, but there are a lot more games where they don't come to town. Where it's just the Knicks or the Magic or the Bucks. Slogs in January that you have to get through. Be lucky we have hockey. It's the far superior 82-game spectator sport. Edit: I forgot to add that they play music during play. It's so unsettling. Like manufactured fun. You need a guy on the mic say D FENCE! And sound effect clapping. This should be organic. -
Let’s just pretend this is the game day first half thread ”why are they throwing on 3rd and 1?!?!?” ”Lawson needs to be cut tomorrow, the experiment is failed” ”they dont call that holding, but they have X-ray vision to see that illegal hands on Hughes” “Ray Ray blows. He shouldn’t be fielding punts. WHY would you let that bounce to the 1!”

Peterman vs Tuel

Do I take petermans no first downs in an entire half or Tuels 98 yard pick six vs the Chiefs. -
2018 NFL QB rookie stats to date.....

I don't have to pretend it's the line. I can see it's the line. I can also see when the broadcast shows replays of guys blowing blocking assignments and all of the WRs blanketed. I think Allen is having some growing pains, but I think he's recognizing the blitzes a little better, unfortunately he's not changing coverage or plays pre-snap, he's just bailing out of the pocket early. -
THE ROCKPILE REVIEW - Don't Look to Me for Answers

you forgot about the pick play on their first TD. It'd be nice to not be matched up against four playoff caliber teams (three away games). We will be much more competitive these next three games. -
McCoy is done, Trade him

you want the Steelers to give up one of the best backs in the league for a 2nd or 3rd pick and a 31 year old with 85 rushing on the season? -
Abandoning the RPO
quinnearlysghost88 replied to quinnearlysghost88's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Probably a little. I think both RPO and read. -
Tried to get through the million post-game threads to see if anyone was talking about it. Why did we abandon the rpo? Were they afraid of exposing Allen to Matthews? They decided at one point to dial up a qb draw which is even more headscratching.

2018 NFL QB rookie stats to date.....
quinnearlysghost88 replied to PIZ's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
As the announcers said yesterday, Allen looks great when he has time. Behind this line, he’s running for his life and self preservation. A lot harder to get into a rhythm. Even harder when the Bills decide to throw 2-1 over running. -
So what is the bigger need O-line or WR
quinnearlysghost88 replied to Kingston Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I’m actually still going to blame the lack of blocking from our RBs and TEs. It was the problem two games ago as well. We definitely need a stronger line and better pass catchers, but that’s not the whole story. -

This line cannot protect and the pass-heavy play calling all day is mind boggling. -

12 rushes to 23 passes with a bad line in a loud stadium. Not how you set your rookie up for success. -

We abandoned the run this game and I have no idea why. The packers run d sucks. -
