You know I went to amc movie theaters as down here the A list people can see an out of town game for free. They want you to buy concessions. So down here we didn’t get the LAC/Ravens game nor the Browns/Cards game. We went to the first game and what a let down. The lights were up, people could talk but not as loud as a bar, and for those interested they serve alcohol. I couldn’t believe how bad the Chargers played. It was awful. I just wanted a competitive game.

Today’s game aside with the Chargers/Ravens, can you imagine the Suicidal ideations the Fins fans must have for not taking Herbert.

Is there like a mercy rule when we get to 70-0? Sad thing is I’ll keep watching rooting for 77.

We’ve had a ton of good and bad, but the best free agent, not trade has to be either Big Old Teddy or Paup. I loved Paup. People not old enough don’t remember how dominating that defense was back in the late 90’s. I used to get PO’ed as Bucs fans down here used to tell me the Bucs had the best defense, but statistically, we were ahead of them by 1. They were awesome, but we were better. Funny as both offenses sucked.

I love the look as it’s one of my favorites, but that’s what we wore last year when they killed us. Difference this time! Milano, Star, Tre, and Wallace. This is a nice change from the white on white for away, amd the blue pants looks cool especially with the white face masks. I don’t know why, but those white masks looks so much better than the grey.

I’m guessing they will keep him on a pitch count and the first sign we have the game in hand, he’s out. He gets a nice bye to heal, stretch, do some hot yoga, whatever to keep him loose. I also think of after the bye they will keep a close watch on him. We need him for the more important games. I wouldn’t even play him for the Jets, Jets, Jags.

They made a good point on NFLR today as Stefanski and now Kingsbury are not just quaranteened, they can’t even per NFL policy even communicate with the coaches on the sidelines. Pat Kirwan’s point was that quarateening due to COVID is fine, but with technology why can’t the HC have IT set up so he can talk to his coaching staff in real time basically coaching virtually. I agree with Kirwan. He’s not placing his team at risk by coaching from his home. Seems like a dumb plan by the NFL. Hap, I don’t see why they can’t under secure communications have the coach communicate with his staff in real time from his home. What’s wrong with that point and the same for all coaches throughout the league.

Every week, this team is going to use resources based on their opponent. More Diggs and Beasley one week, more Knox and Sanders another. It’s going to keep messing with opponents defensive coordinators. Love this team and never thought we’d ever have this amount of depth practically everywhere.

I think they try and run up the score every game as evidenced late in games in the last quarter of last year they kept throwing. im sure they want to beat them down, but these guys find a way to get motivated every week.

I’d rather not rate which team as there is good and bad in any group, but as the LA guy stated, there is something special about Bills fans. We are the definition of loyal true blue. When I see a guy in the gym here in Tampa with a Bills shirt on, I’ll typically come up and say hi. I assume there is some connection to Buffalo, so I just name the street I grew up on (South Park Ave.) and immediately there is a connection and we start talking about our team.

Steve, my buddy in Ft Lauderdale originally from there. We worked at Abbott Vascular together during the drought and he was always trying to find positives on my Bills when we were together. Great guy.

I love when you guys predict what will happen along with the score. For me, Bills 42 Titans 24 They are 21st against the pass, and we are going to torch their secondary. Henry is kept to less than 80 yards and we go heavier in our defensive scheme. A lot of Big Nickel alternating with traditional 4-3 if Milano can play with Klein. If Milano is not 100+%, then sit em, and just Big Nickel the whole way with more Neal than Taron. Neal is bigger and their WR’s are bigger along with Henry.

For anyone surprised (granted this includes all running including Allen), we are ranked 5th in the NFL in rushing TD so far. Higher than passing (9th). I love our rookie guys not because they are King Henry, but it’s working this year. I do think we will draft another by the time Singletary is up for a contract extension. It’s a waste to spend high $ these days on a RB. Just draft another guy in the 2023 draft.

Star, Oliver, and Basham (gets moved inside) will contain Henry to under 80 yards. I’m betting Klein will be in as well and have a solid game. He’s a powerful LB and can handle Henry with Edmunds in group tackles.

Agreed on LAC. They are an interesting team with from what we can see now, a heckuva a good rookie coach. They are going to be a force moving forward. I don’t know if they are going to spend like drinking sailers though. Our cap space will adjust somewhat as we will probably move on from Mario A., and Hughes (they might offer him a low ball one year deal to help with the young guys). The good news for us is we have extended a lot of core players. This upcoming year we’ll have Edmunds, and we will make an offer, or keep him on the 5th year. That Taron Johnson offer looks better and better with each week. I’ll bet we let Beasley carry out his last year in 2022, and then move on. 17 games is a long season, amd he’s not that expensive for a quality slot WR.
