We purchased an in-ground last summer and are very happy with it. Your 30K figure is spot on when factoring in concrete and landscaping. Figure on spending about $400 per summer on chemicals. Get a heater - it's well worth it and uses far less natural gas than you would imagine. Also - get a Loop-Loc cover. I can't stress that enough. Very durable and very safe. Lastly, I can't recommend Colley's Pools enough. They were great from start to finish. Make sure you give them a call.

Actually, taking the entire 16 game season into account I would say Walker actually played the best overall. But of course, being best on a line that had such stand-outs like Duke Preston, Melvin Fowler, and Derrick Dockery is like coming in 1st in the Special Olympics.

Exactly. The offense has been boring enough over the last few years that when combined with copious amounts of alcohol it's more likely to induce sleep than riots.

I'm pretty sure his reinstatement in the NFL had some conditions regarding alcohol and drugs. It could also be a violation of his parole.

I don't think anyone played well last night (save for a few 2nd and 3rd stringers). A few times the line held well though, and TE couldn't get rid of the ball. If he is gonna continue to make short passes, he may as well do them in under 3 seconds.
