Bills will win the Super Bowl -Thanksgiving Prediction
Reks Ryan replied to BITE ME's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Trent Murphy played well last night. Impressive after not seeing live action for so long. The rest of the your statement was ridiculous to make even back in November. The D was already improving and anyone who has paid any attention to the Bills since McD and Frazier arrived could have predicted they would keep adjusting and be a thought team to face. -
Ages of the QB's still in the playoffs
Reks Ryan replied to tomur67's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Well the old guys have a lot more chances. I'll bet the young guys still alive in this year's playoff end up with at least 8 combined before they're done -
Jaguars officially hire Urban Meyer as HC
Reks Ryan replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I didn't see your point about recent. I guess i am getting old. I remember his days at UM and then in Dallas pretty well. 30 years goes fast in certain memories, but not in others. It felt like 3 lifetimes since the Bills had won a playoff game. Were you a fan of Urban at Ohio State? He certainly improved the talent level and Win Loss record. I would imagine he's a popular guy in the Buckeye State. -

They don't put new head coaches on Hard Knocks. At least that has been a rule in the past. -

Roberts inactive this week is my prediction...
Reks Ryan replied to Hebert19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No way they would deactivate Roberts and deemphasize special teams. Baltimore has always had top tier sold special teams since Harbaugh arrived. Bills will need very good performance just to make ST a break even for the game. Although the OP's point #3 about Tucker booming through the EZ is valid. -
Zack Moss- injury updates- McDermott confirms Out
Reks Ryan replied to NewEra's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Agreed. And although he got hit and stuffed behind the line on a couple 3rd downs, he did convert on at least 1 RAC and 1 Run bouncing off tackles for 1st down against the Colts. He has also done a good job of picking up first downs 4th QTRs to help close-out games when the opponent knew Bills were trying to run of the clock, Steelers and 49ers games come to mind. I don't understand why fans think it's so easy to replace quality players -
Home town clock operator ?
Reks Ryan replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Agree. I think it went from 19 sec when he went OB / McD called the TO to 14 when they resumed play -
Yes. So activate both.

Do you want to meet Brady in Super Bowl?
Reks Ryan replied to Artem Lipatov's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I met Dan Marino back around the time he retired. My hatred of the Dolphins was very strong. I had an overwhelming desire to charge him and deck him from the side, like a blind side sack. Controlled myself, but it would’ve been fun. -

Reks Ryan replied to Artem Lipatov's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I do not want Brady in the Super Bowl. Completely sick and tired of him and hoping for a repeat of last year with a decisive 1st round loss. The sooner he’s out of the playoffs the better. if the Bills are in the SB it means they will still be playing amazing football and will be in a position to beat the best from the NFC. So not afraid of Brady or anyone else. Just want him done. -
Report: SF to move on from Jimmy G
Reks Ryan replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That would be fine w me. Would mean the Bills will have the better QB for the foreseeable future. Of course that’s probably true no matter who NE will have a chance to sign. -

I saw Anthony Walker get banged up, but I didn’t see D Leonard come off the field. He was playing late in the 4th QTR. What happened? Was it a contact or non-contact injury? -
Thanks for sharing the details. Have fun, and cheer like crazy for all of us who want to be there, but can't. I am curious about how they are enforcing the non-transferrable and id requirement. If you were not able to go personally, would you be able to give your tix to a family member or friend? Or do you personally need to attend with the group? Will you be able to text or email the tix to the other 3 in your group or do you need to present all 4 tix at the gate?

It was a stadium employee, and maybe it was more of a direct instruction than a warning "You need to roll up your windows if your going to sit in the car" given to both my car and the people in the other car we were talking with. And I didn't push the issue, just followed instructions. When we arrived I did ask a security guard what the rules were, and he said any tailgating was cause for ejection. The cars were parked side by side, like normal. Arrived around 11:15 and parked super close to the stadium (it was empty compared to normal) way closer than ever parked that close at any stadium before. I did pay extra b/c one of guys I was with had an injury and long walk was an issue for him. Inside the stadium were very spaced out. We were a block of 4 on the aisle, only 2 other people in a row of 24 seats, at least 10 seats between us. And no one 2 rows in front or 2 rows behind.
