After posting this about the Packers, I investigated the Bills STH Terms & Conditions. https://static.clubs.nfl.com/image/upload/v1579706489/bills/m4yj8aee0vw6u6xl34lx.pdf Below is the only item I found that is relevant. The last sentence, imo, permits re-sale. But you know, like the Pack, the Bills are aware who are consistently reselling their season tix…because the Bills are not getting that $. “a) STM shall not sell, assign, sublease, pledge, or otherwise transfer or encumber the Agreement or any of the STM’s rights and obligations under the Agreement, without the prior written consent of the Bills. Any attempted sale, assignment, sublease, pledge, transfer or encumbrance in contravention of the foregoing shall be null and void and of no effect. This shall not be construed to restrain STM’s ability to resell individual tickets.”

There was an article today about long-time Packers STH wait-list people obtaining tix this year. This is a link to the article and the reason these STHs were relieved of their tix. I am a STH so it got my interest. https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/packers/2022/05/20/packers-season-tickets-fans-50-year-wait/9853572002/ "The team made the determination to not renew a selection of tickets of a handful of ticketholders who held a significant number of tickets that were primarily being resold on a regular basis above face value," said Aaron Popkey, director of public affairs. "Packers season tickets are intended to be used by the ticketholder, including family and others, to attend the game. The tickets identified and not renewed were simply being resold for a profit. It was a pattern that existed for years."

Thx for the analysis. Wow, that roster looks good! Time for a celebratory cocktail. 🥳

Starting in 2023, games can be flexed to MNF
Mr Info replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall
I have found that I can work remote when I need now due to pandemic changing things. But that helps me work remote while in WNY for these prime time games. -
My wife and I are coming from VA for the opener and we plan on stopping by. Anybody doing t-shirts? Will send $.

So, my sentence after the shows displayed was not true. I took a chance and also purchased tix for Mason’s Saucerful of Secret’s show at Shea’s on Oct 9. The schedule was released & bam! Steelers at Bills 1 pm on 10/9. We will fly up and go to the game and then later that night go to Shea’s for the concert. Though this is week 5, I am optimistic, based on games already scheduled, that this game will not be flexed.

Nope, Bills face AFCW next year and last time vs AFCW was 2020 and KC was in Buffalo. In 2023 it will be in KC.

NFL Schedule Makers Gave Bills a Big Advantage
Mr Info replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
Mike North and Charlotte Carey were on GMF this morning (Kay Adams last day) and spoke about the schedule. North thought the Bills-Chiefs game will be the most watched of the season. Opener discussion starts at 2:35 and Bills-Chiefs at 4:00. https://sports.yahoo.com/mike-north-charlotte-carey-shares-124907315.html -
Not at all, because Packers are already scheduled to play in London on the same day as shown on his Bills schedule.

Thx @corta765, I believe that represents my perspective. I have 2 clubs and 2 lower bowls which I have had for quite a while. In the survey I received, my remark was requesting them to send the final costs and associated amenities asap so I can make an informed decision.

Tomorrow, May 9, on GMA, the new MNF crew will announce their biggest MNF game. One international MNF game has already been announced, 49ers and Cards on Nov 21. https://thespun.com/more/top-stories/troy-aikman-joe-buck-reportedly-making-big-announcement-next-week

Waiting for Lalo to re-appear.

It wouldn’t be a Jets press conference with a Mekhi Becton question. The Jets’ 2020 first-round pick continues to recover from a dislocated kneecap he suffered in Week 1 of last season, though he’s doing so with his trainers in Texas and won’t report to the team’s voluntary offseason workouts. Douglas didn’t appear too concerned about that choice, and he stressed that the team activities are voluntary. “We’re on top of everything with him right now,” he said. It should be noted that Becton’s girlfriend is pregnant with their first child, who is expected sometime this spring. https://jetswire.usatoday.com/?p=680552

We got tix to the 1st Annual Sacred Rose Music Fest at SeatGeek Stadium Aug 26-28 in Chicago. https://www.sacredrosefest.com Posted earlier about attending Saucerful of Secrets show in DC (reasonable distance from where we live). Just picked up tix to also attend show at Shea’s on Sun, Oct 9. Hope it works out with Bill’s schedule…taking a chance but liked the reviews I saw for opening of the tour the other day in Dublin.

On the invoice it says “Club License Fee” which is in addition to the ticket fee. Perhaps that may be for season ticket holder’s use of the club area. Though you are still responsible for your beverage and food purchases. Perhaps club seat holders will receive another Seat License Fee besides the Club License Fee in the new stadium.
-
I will state what I stated recently upthread. The Bills are already charging a PSL of ~60% of ticket price for club seat holders. It is listed as that on the invoice. PSL cost will be new only for non-club seat holders. But PSL cost is not deterring demand for current club seats. Demand has increased as the team has improved. PSL cost will increase for club seat holders in the new stadium. Do not purchase if you cannot afford that additional expense. Sure, it can be considered greedy by the owners but as the owner you can charge whatever additional fees you would like until consumers no longer are willing to pay that much. This is entertainment…not a necessity.
-
Bills already use PSLs. Roughly 60% of club seat charge is a PSL. It says so right on the invoice.

Who on this board is most likely to get banned from SW Airlines for this?
Mr Info replied to DD4Bills's topic in Off the Wall
Hopefully, that is not based on real life experience. ROC-ORD-LAX-MEL would be much better…less time to kill. -
Not on topic but posting this as several posters interested in Pink Floyd in this thread. Imo, the best site for info on releases, recordings, shows for group, individual band members & associates. https://www.brain-damage.co.uk/index.php

I am a club seat holder and we have a PSL built into our invoice. I just looked at my invoice and the PSL currently represents ~60% of the invoice. Though this will undoubtably increase in a new stadium, a PSL is not new for club seat holders. It is not paid to then purchase your tix but is bundled in. But a PSL will be new for regular seat holders.
