  1. Feeling good, Louis! ....
  2. Wow..I didn't realize it was that costly.
  3. "Trading places" reference !
  4. Nice post! I think mostly along these same lines, and you back your argument well here.
  5. I like the perspective here
  6. ...or what about Moulds and the #8 pick for both of Dencer's 1st round picks?
  7. Good points. If he doesn't play then he won't get his non-guaranteed money (if I understand correctly ) so we'd be taking the cap hit that we have to take for him anyway, and nothing more.
  8. Nothing less than a 2nd rounder would be acceptable to me. If we can get an early 3rd for Henry, we can certainly get a 2nd for Moulds. Hate to see him go , but if he doesn't want to be here, then there's really no discussion.
  9. Shhhh... he's just good 'cuz he's on another team.
  10. Most of the experts (coaches, guys who train these guys) say about 30 on average.
  11. 3-5 is too long IMO in today's NFL. Isn't that why the last guy was ousted? Hey I supported TD with the best of 'em but results are results and ultimately cost him. There are too many examples now (NE, SD, Cinci, STL) that show that being competitive is possible in a shorter time period.
  12. I think there might be 2 separate guys sitting behind PC's at OBD leaking these "rumblings out of Buffalo" to various sources and laughing their A$$es off . Hey maybe they're trying to create a false read that we're in the QB hunt during the draft, who knows?
  13. I agree 100% about the O-line BTW, just don't agree for example that there was any way for us to pick up a guy who already knew where he wanted to go (Bentley) or a guy who's contract offer would count 13 mil against in year 1 (hutch). The 2006 plan is a work in progress, plus realistically we all knew already that we're not going to quite be true competitors this season, no? Lots of turnover amongst players and staff usually takes til atleast the 2nd year no?
  14. Man you really nailed that one. Nothing to add here... JSP you are out of control these days! Wait, wasn't it like this last off-season too?
  15. That sounds about right.
  16. read what alg says in response to this. It fits what you're implying very nicely...
  17. I hear ya man, loud and clear. You would think this to be common knowlegde by now
  18. If it's true you can lump me in with all the chicken littles already spouting off on this board about the end of the Bills credibility. This would possibly be the dumbest move I have ever witnessed by the team since I became a fan in the mid seventies, considering the investment and potential yet to be tested. With that said, I doubt it is true.
  19. They did. Marv's just trying to "Sell us a bill of goods"... God I hate that saying
  20. Neal would be a great pickup IMO. He's got a wrestling background and is very good with leverage and hand technique.
  21. No, I remember 2-14 , and this is not 2-14 .
  22. This is a 4 to 7 win team until management addresses the OL and continues to address the D-line.
  23. Kelly, I agree that we can/should overpay a little for Pickett. I was actually dissapointed to hear he had left town... Bernard would certainly be the next option.
  24. Peters is going to be much better than you think. Just an opinion based on watching his progress and technique so far.....
  25. Agreed. Mikes problem has been Injuries and Intensity, not skill.... It was still probably the right move for us to cut him though considering the salary. TD IS right, but does fail to mention the intensity/motivation factor....
