  1. Have you seen a picture of him? It's more than 10% believe me. Still, I'd be happy if he became a Bill.
  2. Please don't include Milloy in your underacheivers list. It really hurts the credibility of any other points you're trying to make.
  3. Can't say I would complain much with any of those three. It really depends on Free Agency....
  4. That would be nice if something can be worked out. I don't see how it will though unless his agent was full of ....
  5. My favorite Bill bar none since '96 when he was drafted. The way teams dictated their coverage on him has always told me plenty about how good he is. It will suck to see him in another UNI but the price makes this a necessary move.
  6. They have to be wrong considering the recent cuts as you said.
  7. Another thing to consider is that Marv prefers players who are self-motivated. As much as I really liked Sam when he was on, his motor didn't always run on all cylinders. He played well seemingly only when he was mad.
  8. You're right as we look at the team in the present. But obviously the position will be addressed in one or more ways over the next month or two. Clayton just took his usual opportunity to bash the move before the plan is completed.
  9. If an aging/overweight Sam Adams is not a fit, then why the hell would they take Washington, who's older and less mobile.
  10. Notice the pencil neck got his little stab in yet again..... "New general manager Marv Levy said the defense struggled last season because of the team's inability to keep defensive tackle Pat Williams the year before. Now, the defense grows even weaker in the middle with the release of Adams."
  11. Levy said last week that they were trying to determine if Sam fit into the new defensive philosophy. I guess he didn't....
  12. It's fine to disagree but don't sight stats only when it appears that you may not have watched the Carolina game. He certainly CAN make all the throws. That was proven long before he became a Bill, and is really not even a point of debate. He does play quite hurried, but that is often the case with upstart QB's who have played 8 games. Refer to the CAR game (which it seems you missed) as far as showing improvement in reading defenses. I think his teammates like him just fine. He took full blame for any mistakes during the season and didn't throw any teammates under the bus when he could have.
  13. But wait, doesn't that mean that "all his teammates hated him" ?
  14. Coy was a complete project/ experiment player who was forced to change positions in the NFL and has shown nothing. JP is a first round talent at QB who can make all the throws, is very mobile, shows great willingness to learn and improve, had a lot invested in him, and showed improvement specifically in the KC, CAR, and MIA games.
  15. No matter how short-sighted and absurd those views are at times Yeah, we know all we need to know about a kid after he plays 8 games
  16. Here's mine from a bit earlier today... Top 5 hopefuls
  17. Wait! Did I miss something?
  18. This should probably be our wish list in order of player most desired at #8: 1-Mario Williams 2-DaBrick 3-Ngata 4-Davis 5-Huff I think most would (should ) agree with that order or something close to it, barring any opportunity to trade down.
  19. Again people, if Brick is gone (likely) and Mario is gone (likely), the only lineman on either side of the ball left worth taking at #8 is Ngata (50/50 chance at still being on the board). We cannot force feed drafting a lineman at that draft slot if there isn't one worthy. To me, it would be a very long and difficult decision between Ngata and Davis.
  20. C'mon did you really go there? That is so unsubstantiated it's not funny...
  21. If Both Ngata and Ferguson are gone, then you certainly gotta consider this guy. You can't afford to reach for an offensive or defensive lineman that doesn't belong at #8...
  22. I agree that King is going to be pretty good as long as the progression continues. One thing he shows now is great recovery speed.
  23. If it were me I'd re-phrase that to "Hope had a better statistical year last season" . He is in no way shape or form even close to being as good a player as Polamalu. With that said, he'd be an upgrade over Vincent...
  24. I was just going to say the same things basically Well Marv sure is getting busy now isn't he?
