Only half way thru the review and what strikes me most is the shear amount of hustle plays by every layer of the defense. Hustle is all desire and it cannot be coached. You either have that commitment to yourself and your teammates or you don’t. So far, I haven’t seen one player going thru the motions in this video. I particularly like D lineman getting downfield to get in the action and Zimmer does a helluva Randy White impression.
No pick! No pick!
The young man was raised right and that’s obvious every time he’s interviewed. Has been since day one with him. With all the 20/20 hindsight armchair GMing that gets done around here, I’ll add this to the pile: the best thing we did was passing on Mahomes and Watson in the ‘17 draft.
Their biggest problem to me is that they simply talk too much. Like we are all incapable of parsing the action without their commentary. They need to acquaint themselves with the idea of less is more.
Darn, looks like I gotta respect Kelce again.
Seriously, that sportsmanship is a great thing to see between competitors after they’ve left everything out there.
Interesting that you seem to wanna just ignore our dominance in the first half. Take away the Hyde pick 6 and Allen’s dagger TD to Sanders to seal it, and we still end up ahead 24-20 on the scoreboard.
