My bad, I thought this this was about Cinco De Mayo...

Let Kolb start, bring EJ in for designed packages... give him a feel for the speed of the game. If it looks like were done by Halloween as usual, play the kid in a waterdowned, run heavy offense to help him get his feet wet and have some confidence building success.

Your question is ridiculous. I would never purchase a 40K car....lol Funny you ask, I just read the lawmower manual yesterday, could remember what type of oil is took, so had to reference..... I asume the designers of the Volt thought about that issue, but then again, maybe they didn't. -

$5.42 a month, a fraction of the fuel savings. What will the charge be for the the Volt? That rig never needs gas, is there a differential charge for that car? -
Who will be our starting QB on opening day?
B-Large replied to hondo in seattle's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Kolb Starts. Bring Manuel in on some designed plays to give him some game expereince. If the season is done by Halloween, bring Manuel in for a waterdowned playbook and a run heavy offense to easy him into full game mode. If Kolb get hurt early, I a not sure... maybe TJax in an effort to not rusk the rook, but then again, if the season is shot as mentioned above what difference does it make? -
Rd 1, Pick #16: QB EJ Manuel - Florida St.
B-Large replied to SDS's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
first, there's no way he falls to 41, no way. Second, don't be surprised if Buddy and Co draft another QB for this roster even considering the holes that exist at other positions. Third, reach? There were more than a few teams that reached on players last night, but I don't see the Bills as one of them- reason being, we need to solve the QB position or the Byrd's, Dareus', Spillers and SJ won't mean squat in the end.... maybe the arguement is Manuel needs some time to develop... perfect, if anyone hasn't noticed we have been playoffs competitive in 10 years, so who care is Kolb plays a season until the rook jhas had time work on mechanics and other pieces of the pro game? Every, and I mean EVERY QB i this league from Brady to Manning to Rivers to everybody has had to work on their game and did not start out golden boys. Lets just be excited the Bills will fill up that QB group with prospects both new and old, instead of having to see Fitzpatrick linger ont he roster. -

Billie B, John Fox and the Harbaugh brothers with the respective staff's would have had that same Bills team WITH Fitz at least fighting and in the race until the last week of the season, perhaps even a WC. None of those guys would have stood for that embrassment we saw on Defense, and would not have been afraid to take some chances and shake up roster positions. I truly believe Gailey kept 2-3 wins away from this team each season. -
"why would they want to get a player at a slot that is higher in the draft than #8?" "Doesn't that mean they get a player than isn't as good?" She actually asks pretty good questions.
-
They should go back to the Saturday and Sunday draft format. I loved sitting around all day Saturday and drinking beer, eating chili, and making a day of it. I still like the draft, but I typically only watch the 1st round now- and Thursday ngiht is annoying.

First of all, LA nailed it Second, I didn't see Ann wear anything near that sexy during the campaign.... -
I am outraged. No Bill can fix that system in under 1,000 pages. Throw in a ton more color graphs, that should do it.

What specifically is it they wear? Look, I am not saying he did anything wrong by expressing his rights, but you have to consider the context of that shirt within a middle school setting these days. He could have worn any shirt, white shirt, tank top, etc. Just like B-man posted, keep it neutral and non controversal. -

B-Large replied to \GoBillsInDallas/'s topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
If you wear a shirt with a weapon on it to a school, your're either asking for a tangle, or deliberatly doing to be a punk. There is zero tolerance for most anything in schools anymore whether we like it or not, I in the light recent school based violence, I am sure we will see more arrests that seem overreach in the future. You made your point, we get it, take of the shirt and stop being a dickhead. -
Radio host tells Newton victims to "Go to hell"

Bad Troll Attempt -
"Civil engineering terms such as "man hole" and "man lock," also will not be changed because no common-sense substitutes could easily be found, Thiessen said." This was obviouslty in reponse to pressure from LGBT community

Radio host tells Newton victims to "Go to hell"
B-Large replied to Fezmid's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Roughly, what, half of Americans probably see that statement as untrue. I have no issue with the President using the Newtown families as support for senisble gun law changes, they are doing so because they probably feel they can do some good and save some lives with their efforts.... even if in thier children's circumstance backgrounch checks wouldn't have made the difference... I find that effort dignified and part of the democracy... However, the system we have in place for Government worked- It protected enumerated personal liberties over the challenge to curtail them. If the Newtown families want to effect change, they can do it through organization and education to get voters to put people in place to change those laws.. its the surefire was to make changes to our laws, the vote. The host appears to lack empathy for people whose lives have changed forever because of mentall ilness and gun violence.... he'll be dealt with the in court of public opinion and maybe more importantly in the department of advertiser reluctance. Its hard to believe someone would by choice or by accident utter the words "go to hell" to vicitins of such a tragedy when what they were doing was exercising their rights and beliefs as Americans... shame on him- especially as these folks again are on the losing side of another event in their lives. Edit- roughly 1/2 supoprt shanges to reasonable gun law changes, not re-write all of them... to clarify -

Can the Bills trade with Jets?
B-Large replied to BringBackFergy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It look like the Jets covet Milliner, so theoretically we could tempt them to trade our 1st's and we pick up additonal picks in the draft, since we need alot of bodies and competition at just about every position. I wouldn't let Byrd go anywhere- you can't keep letting impact Vets walk, you need a core to the Defense and he is part of it. I wouldn't overpay, but I would certainly extend him a lucrative contract sooner rather than later.... -
He's just pissed he had to fire his gardener....
