  1. Nowadays….. we’re talking about 3 decades ago. Youth ball is on a completely different level in 2024 than it was is 1994. agree to disagree. Highly unlikely Moss would’ve been a pro imo
  2. Seriously? The best programs, much better than OSU, have offered hundreds of scholarships to 6’4 players that can’t shoot. That’s a guarantee
  3. He wasn’t even playing man- he was standing in the middle of a zone in every highlight I’ve seen. During a time in which there was no defensive 3 seconds. He did all this as an elite athletes playing against 99.9% non elite athletes in a WV HS sure- he could’ve- maybe Angel Reese will become a 3 point shooting PG too. She’s a great athlete- she just needs to practice. I hear what you’re saying- but the odds would’ve been insanely stacked against him. Lots of things “could have happened”. This is one of 999999999999999999999 things that could’ve happened.
  4. He rarely, if ever shot J’s. He rarely, if ever, dribbled more than 2 times going to the rack. He was 6’4 and made a living in the paint. Doing this at a time where physical play was allowed. Yes, elite athlete and maybe he could’ve learned how to shoot and dribble. Very slim chance imo. Nothing that he did well in HS to win player of the year translated to the nba except dunking- while being on the receiving end of one of the best passers most fans have ever seen.
  5. Jwill is also his boy. No reason for him to say the opposite. Rodrick Rhodes was also 6’6 and much more physical than Moss. He couldn’t shoot the rock which ended his nba dream after 3 years of riding the pine. Moss played vs terrible comp and was running around dunking on and swatting 6’3 power forwards and stealing the ball from 5’8 guards. He was a 6’4 Center known for playing great interior d (vs bad competition) and finishing in transition. His entire game revolved around being above the rim. No handles. Zero jumper.
  6. You’re underestimating the talent in today’s nba. Just because teams have less superstars now doesn’t have any affect on the talent level on the roster. 95% of the the best teams in the 80’s and 90’s had 2 terrible pros on them. Look at the lakers teams from 80-86- they have 3-4 of them
  7. “have all been injured”. Josh Allen has been injured too. Literally every athlete ever has been injured. None of those guys you’ve mentioned have comparable injury history to Alexander. Not even close. I never argued the contrary.
  8. Terrible news for bills fans…. Until he gets injured and misses the playoffs
  9. We have the best player in the league. Enjoy the ride
  10. Josh will be the best while Bruce is currently the best. The torch will be passed before Josh is complete.
  11. Thanks. I think he’s going to improve on what we saw from him in the first half of last season. I think a lot of Keons success depends on Josh’s cohesion with Palmer, Moore and Kincaid on 20+ yard routes. If those guys can keep the defenses honest, I think Keon can really take advantage of physical mismatches and break some tackles to get some gainers. I love the run after catch ability on this team. If we can get some improvement in the 20+ yard area and the sideline, this offense is going to be scary. 2nd WRs are key. If he becomes a good WR2- in good with that. what numbers do you think he’ll hit?
  12. I’ll go for 51- 825-6 if healthy.
  13. Agreed. We can make 500, 5k and 10k relatively easy. Experiencing the Bills winning the SB…. Priceless
  14. Is that 4.56 faster than the 4.58 Benford ran in college?
  15. The wink at the end was to you.…. It was meant to be somewhat humorous. You are, without a doubt, the quickest to respond to posts and usually respond to every post (directed to you). I know I spend a lot of time on the site, but I feel like you have notifications pop on on your phones Home Screen when people quote you here. lighten up- it was all of us. Not just you
  16. I’m not against firing McD. It’s just a massive roll of the dice and we could end up much worse. We’re losing to one team every year (minus the bengals and there was much more to that loss than McD). We’re losing to a dynasty that is up there with the best in nfl history. They have the HoF QB, pass catcher, pass rusher + all time play callers on offense and defense. We aren’t losing to randoms every year. We’re losing to a dynasty in games where, if one play had played out differently, we would’ve won. while also being on the shite end of the cosmic stick. I would’ve been happy to fire McD to roll the dice on Ben Johnson. Well, we missed that opportunity. So who’s next? Which coach would be that guy worth rolling the dice on? To further discuss- start another thread sucks this is in the Keon Coleman thread- I’ll stop here. Sorry all, I tried to get it back on track but FC can’t stop, won’t stop. 😉
  17. I’m on the Cam wasn’t nearly as good of a QB as Josh Allen and the only comparison they have is size-running ability train. I’m on the Josh Allen is one of the greatest throwers of the football ever/cam newton isn’t even top 150 throwers of the football train. Josh is a great passer- Cam had a great passing season…. In which he didn’t even complete 60% of his passes. Sure- pagano and luck is a fine comparison pre injury. Luck is also an nfl anomaly. What other QBs were all world, got hurt and then retired after 6 seasons? Maybe that will happen to Josh….. this doesn’t have anything to do what colts fans thought. if Josh gets hurt this year and retires, this debate means nothing. Whichever HC we’d have would be starting from scratch. one comparison proves what exactly? Our offense has also been extremely healthy in those losses. Our defense has been ravaged by injuries to literally our best players almost every season
  18. You’re just making poor comparisons- Cam was good for a few years. Had a winning record 3 season and a losing record 8 seasons. You were comparing Rivera and McD earlier- Rivera almost equal w-l. McDermott, almost double W than L. Allen is in a different stratosphere as Cam was as a QB. Mentioning the drought year bills coaches has nothing in common as a McD other than the logo on the helmet
  19. He’s been out coached. I never said he hasn’t been. Coaching has played a part in our zero wins vs KC in the playoffs. That doesn’t mean that will be the case every season. I never said it wasn’t “part of the problem”. I’ve admitted that several times….. From my perspective- you saying that you have zero confidence in McD beating KC is admitting that nothing else matters. What if we have limited injuries? What if one or more our draftees turns into an elite player? What if cosmic luck comes our way? We haven’t had any of that to date….that alone, is bound to change for one season, at least. back on topic. Nice looking route
  20. ⬆️ This is my answer And this is the reason why Yes- they out coached them in that game. But they are inferior coaches. Fangio being the outlier….but I’d take Spags over him. His playoff success is rivaled by no other DC imo.
  21. I don’t think it has an affect on the outcome of the next game.
  22. I just don’t think that past games have much say in the future. Mcd is a good coach. Better than the haters think. I believe that he’ll have his day. All perfectly said my man
  23. There’s a lot of grey in between having zero confidence, as you originally stated, to being confidant
