  1. He “looked pretty good” when he singlehandedly stopped the chiefs final 3 drives short of the end zone. he’s a closer and we didn’t have many games that needed closing. He was a stud. https://theanalyst.com/na/2022/11/who-are-the-nfls-all-pro-players-of-the-2022-first-half/ Miller has been worth the extremely lofty price of admission for the Bills so far this season, posting a pass-block win rate of 57.3% and winning 63.0% of his run-defense matchups. You may be screaming ‘where is Micah Parsons?!’ about the absence of the man seen as the NFL Defensive Player of the Year frontrunner. Parsons is fourth in pressure rate among edge rushers (28.3%), but 16 of his pressures have been unblocked, illustrating a role in the Dallas defense in which he often takes advantage of stunts as the looper. Athleticism and quickness create a tougher situation for the linemen who are being gamed, but it also relies on the penetrator half of the stunt to pick two defenders. In other words, he’s creating pressure because a different lineman is blowing a hole through the protection, giving Parsons a free rush on the QB. In terms of traditional pass rushing, Parsons’ impact has not quite been significant enough to make the cut.
  2. Are you saying that von Miller didn’t look great for us? I’m confused.
  3. Yeah. Mad. But cincis backups are good…. And showed the world how good they are the following week playing against a starting DL.
  4. if i thought Beane shouldn’t draft a DE ever again based on his past, I would want him to be fired. I don’t agree with the assessment though. He missed on 2 and hit on 1. I hated his misses when they were drafted and didn’t have expectations for either of them
  5. 👍🏻 agreed on Dorsey too. Huge roll of the dice
  6. Yeah they’ve been bad at it in rd 2, but I’m happy with Rousseau. If the plan is to never draft a Pass rusher again, Beane should just be fired. You can’t run a team like that.
  7. Yeah…..Beane talking him up is the only reason I think they may not take a tackle early. I think it’s stupid and it’s putting our entire season at risk. They guy wasn’t just bad in pass pro. He was terrible and has always been terrible (in pass pro). My problem with the bolded: to have a bounce “back” season, you must first have a season to bounce back to. He doesn’t have one. He’s always been bad. He’d bounce back to being bad. He needs to improve a great deal. If he doesn’t, the season could be in the toilet. I just don’t understand why we would risk it. Especially in a draft that is lacking in 1st rd talent at most positions….but has a few very solid RT prospects that could be sitting there waiting for us. I hate dwelling on offseason GM blunders, but I would likely join the sadness blame the GM brigade if we don’t make an attempt at upgrading RT. It was proven to be a huge liability.
  8. I really hope we don’t draft a DT rd 1-3. If we go D, I hope it’s a pass rusher. In Beanes time here, he’s only drafted one DT iirc, Ed. Seems like a position that like to fill with vets. Starting to think that we sign a potential starting MLB to a cheap deal. Walker, Perryman or Cunningham all potential fits. Just wait the market out and get one for good price. I would think that the starting Mike job for the Bills is more enticing than most offers and could boost their value in 24. I like Ika, but I wouldn’t take a NT in rd 2 of this draft. Rd 3, sure, but he might be gone. I’d be happy with Benton in rd 4 and Clark and Cobirn in 5/6/7
  9. Bergeron rd 3 🤣 if we could only be so lucky I’d take Bijan too, but i think Broderick harrison and Wright (if they’re available) would all be better picks. I can’t stop thinking that starting Spencer Brown @ RT for another season will essentially end our season short of a Lombardi.
  10. I’d be shocked if we don’t draft a DT. Space eaters can be had late. I would hope that we can extend daquan asap-
  11. You just sit there and try and find fault with every move. it’s a very good signing. Period. Nothing else to say. We needed a power back to compliment cook and Hines and we signed one of the better power backs on the market that happened to be coming off his rookie contract, for under 2M. Stop making so much sense!
  12. They looked good to you for one game while playing against backup and injured defensive lineman. Rousseau was the only regular starter along the DL that was healthy. Von out. Daquan out. Ed injured but playing. Care to give us your unprofessional assessment on their play the following week vs KC and their starting defensive line. I’ll wait. they r gud!
  13. “This is gold” has nothing to do with the Bills signing Harris
  14. You can’t even get yourself to say it was a good acquisition. This is gold
  15. Where do you people come from and why on earth do you come here? Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. This is way too good to be true….there must be something wrong with him….. not. Sometimes GMs make good moves
  16. But, but, but I thought that we already lost the comp pick!! I read it right here!
  17. Nice. 1.7 for harris and sherfield. great job Beane.
  18. Just look at the Bills @ chiefs game played just a few months ago. that will tell you how we can compete with KC. I promise. cinci- I don’t know what to tell you. If you need proof we can beat them in a game, it doesn’t exist. You’ll just be all sad and cry about it in every post.
  19. They replace their safety in FA by doling out their biggest FA contract of the offseason
  20. No, you posting about it is the worst part about it.
  21. He’s a backup OT. Show me a backup OT and I’ll show you an OT that isn’t good. Every backup lineman is pretty bad….. if they weren’t bad, they’d be signing somewhere as a starter.
