  1. Different strokes for different folks. I usually just listen to it as I do other things
  2. Yeah there’s lots of garbage everywhere, no doubt. That’s why you pick what you like. Can’t stand Smith on tv but his WR breakdowns offer some insight. He knows more about the position than most. He understands pacing and the nuances of running routes that most YTers don’t understand. You’re right, I don’t think he watches a ton of tape- probably just highlights. Simms, meh. He says it how he sees it, which is a usually much different than most. I think he watches some tape. I really enjoy the Bootleg guys. They grind tons of tape. Good and bad. Brugler is my favorite- there’s a lot more Brugler content on YT this year.
  3. I used to watch espn too….when it wasn’t terrible. Now I skim YouTube and watch what I choose to watch as opposed to what one channel is force feeding me. There are plenty of YT channels worth watching with regards to the draft/prospect information. This time of year I usually dive deeper into the later round prospects
  4. Mansfield Wrotto was a better QB than you are a thread starter
  5. Yeah I’d be ok with him at the end of rd 4. I really like his fit, he’s young (20) and I like his interviews. Ok. Are there any potential UDFA’s that you have your eyes on?
  6. Cool. I’m confidant he’ll get drafted before rd 6. id be thrilled with him in rd 5 and believe he’ll go rd 4, maybe 3
  7. That would make me sad. My favorite player in the draft + the speed of Hollywood. They’d be a nice pairing with the felon
  8. Polk is MY guy!!! Get a new guy! 😉 Latu is the biggest question mark. He’s the best pass rusher in the class imo. His injury history is scary. A top 10 talent that could slip to the mid 20’s, maybe 30’s (according to some). Would LOVE to land Latu at 28 and then trade up for Polk (or another WR) in rd 2.
  9. I agree, but I’d be really happy with him in rd 2. He’s very intriguing to me. Playing with 17 would be incredible for him. Not a fan of drafting zero DL or OL in the first 4 rounds. I think there’s little chance of Allen falling to 128.
  10. I think he’s closer to rd 3 than rd 6.
  11. His 30M cap hit in 2024 turns into 113M. I don’t think it’s possible.
  12. I don’t know if it would definitely remove him from our board but it’s certainly interesting.
  13. Anyone watch Tyrone Tracy Jr, RB Purdue? He’s a tough kid and has some juice. Not really the goaline guy most are looking for but he has some nice playmaking ability He has some impressive movement skills. He’d be a nice add in rd 5
  14. Regarding the bolded, because I don’t want discuss drafting a RB on day 2. I really dislike the idea. I think we can find a designated battering ram using a rd 5-7 pick or via FA. I’d much rather draft DL, OL, WR, S, CB in rds 2-5 The way I see it, Brooks, Benson, Lloyd, Corum, Wright, Estime and Allen are all potential day 2 picks (some maybe rd 4). I’ve watched enough tape on those guys and have developed my opinion of them. I’d like to know which other RBs might be fun to dive deeper into. Yeah, I’d be ok drafting him in rd 4 due to the Value. if the backs I listed above fell to rd 4, I’d be on board.
  15. How many of ya’ll think the Dolphins are going to take Worthy with their first pick? They’d be shrewd trade back and get some picks and still take the guy that they covet most. If they can’t find a suitable trade partner, I think they pull the trigger at 21. Felt the same about Achane inevitably being drafted by Miami last year.
  16. lol. I was going to mention you with his name. Figured you’d be crushing on the speed and size
  17. I don’t see Allen as a 5-7 rd guy but I’d be very happy if he fell to us in rd 4
  18. Seem to be a handful of guys that fit the mold we are likely looking for. My favorite is Dillon Johnson, RB, Washington. I watched several of his games the last few years and he’s always stood out to me as a guy that maximizes his yards on every touch. He reminds me of our guy, Fred Jackson. Can do it all except run away from the pack. Has the ability to wear down a defense landing him in rd 6 would be great, but if he fine with him in rd 5
  19. The 49er select Malachi Corley, WR, Western Kentucky. We can’t keep both Deebo and Aiyuk long term and we’ve decided that signing Brandon Aiyuk long term is our play and will move on from Deebo Samuel after this season. We’ll save 10m in cap and will have his younger and not as injury prone replacement on the roster. Corley is the perfect replacement @HappyDaysis on the clock
