  1. Not even close
  2. I’ll be pissed if we keep him over pretty much anyone else on the team. He’s our best kick returner, but he’s not a good punt returner.
  3. Uhoh- big shock, 65lb WR Calvin Austin was loaded into an ambulance and brought the hospital with a shoulder injury
  4. Wow, that’s nuts! They cracked the code. Prayer and/or Bass need to figure that out asap!
  5. @26CornerBlitzkeeps us up to date! Oh wait! @YoloinOhio has us covered! oops, I forgot! @teef yeah yeah, that’s the ticket!
  6. I think we’re more stacked than both of those teams on offense. The 5 guys on the OL matter. Depth matters. Every one of our 11 starters on O is at least average
  7. Average start on kickoffs the last 2 seasons: 29.5 yard line. Too many starts at the 40+ to my eye. One pass from fg range with today’s kickers. Not a fan. Drive should average between the 20-25 imo.
  8. Similar for me, but it was the Detroit game where I really felt he jumped into the next tier. He went from being a cog in the machine to almost becoming irreplaceable in January 2025. I’m glad Beane felt the same. Game breaking ability on a team that was lacking in that capacity. If you had to choose keeping davis, with 3 years left on his rookie deal or Ty, with 2 years makes 2.5M, who would choose? I’d take Ty 💯 That’s a good comp for sure.
  9. His blocking ability is going to help our offense in a big way for the next 4+ years. He’ll be a sporadic clutch play maker in the pass game as well. Just a great draft pick getting him in rd 5. Watching him tear people up the way he does, I’m really surprised that he lasted that long
  10. I’m sensing this is a thread to have fun with during a LONG week in which there hasn’t been a lot to talk about. I laughed. if I’m wrong and this is serious, you might be on to something 🤣
  11. I would agree with that so we should bring up Logue and exhaust his last ps call up to play the Saints? And then what do we do with him? Keep him up and IR sanders with a fake injury? Cut him? bringing up Logue this week would’ve been a stupid idea for many reasons. Calling him up and using up his eligibility because he’s playing his position better than TJ (a rookie that needs snaps in order to improve) would’ve been stupid. Glad Beane doesn’t agree with your assessment
  12. Seriously? You think Sanders and Logue have the same responsibilities snap to snap?
  13. Montgomery is a smart and tough runner that maximizes his carries by always going forward. He has some traits of a power back. Good hands and blocker. Many comped him to Fred Jackson coming out of college.
  14. No doubt. He’s become a star. Just continues to improve in all aspects. His vision, patience, explosion is top tier. His power was always lacking but is now extremely tough through contact. Contact balance has come a long way as has his ball security. He’s been good as a receiver but would like to see him used more in the pass game. He could be Marshall Faulk 2.0 if his receiving game reaches what we thought he’d it would be when when we drafted him. He’s dam good and worth the contract 💯
  15. And he’s not nearly as tough a run as Montgomery. Never thought he resembled a power back and now he’s even lighter
  16. Ftr- not me! I was down on him after his drop in a big way. But I was also higher on him than pretty much everyone on this board. So after the drop- I just stopped expecting him to become kelce 2.0. Never wanted to trade him for day 3 picks! Throughout the season I had commented on how he was getting open and Josh and him just weren’t on the same page or Josh would throw a bad ball. Which was all confirmed by stats- but disagreed upon by several at the time.
  17. In my defense- I had a hunch that Brown would always be injured. That was my biggest issue with brown. His feet were next up. Physically- I thought the sky was the limit, but didn’t want to roll the dice on him becoming Josh Allen 2.0 while also stating healthy. The decks were stacked against him imo- he overcame
  18. I agree and find it strange because we have 2 of the most entertaining OTs to watch. Dawkins with his wide style and ice pick while Brown just manhandles everyone While watching the replay, I found myself looking for him on every snap and focusing on his every move. There are a couple nice vids on YT breaking down all of his snaps.
  19. Yeah man, I never take my bad takes personally. Some people know how to own being wrong. While some people have never been wrong in their entire lives- cough
  20. Guilty as charged. I asked for 20 years but was let off the hook with probation
  21. But that doesn’t mean he isn’t on the verge of entering the elite group. He’s looked tremendous this season. Other than running ability, the biggest difference between he and Josh atm is his ability to navigate the pocket. Josh’s pocket presence is next level nowadays while Herbert still has moments of confusion when the heat is on. He’s also not working with the Bills OL and has a poor RT
  22. Robert Hunt got 20M 2 offseason ago. If I’m his agent, that’s my starting point. He’s looked really good so far this year and his price tag may even be going up. if we could somehow extend him for 15-18M, I’d be on board, but I don’t think we’ll be able to afford the 20M+ that might be coming his way. McGovern and Edwards need to get paid too. Hoping to bring back 2 of the 3. Seems like Edwards has been playing his best football as a pro. Possible that it’ll be around 10-15M for edwards and 15-20 for mcgovern unless that take a hometown discount. Money is important, but it seems like this family atmosphere and culture that McD and Josh have created could make up for a few million.
  23. Complimentary football. This is what the media was clamoring for with Daboll and Dorsey. Brady got the job done (along with the great OL, TE’s and RBs.
  24. I wonder what he’d look like with our WRs and OL. He just seems so scared in the pocket nowadays. I think the years of traumatic experiences have stained him
  25. KC %’s are the biggest shock to me. If their OL blocks at a high level, they’re going to turn things around in a big way when then they get rice and worthy out there with brown and Thornton. Good pass blocking could make them really dangerous.
