  1. If this is all we can get out of Keon Coleman, definitely. I do believe that Palmer is a good piece that we haven’t seen the best of yet. He hasn’t been used and I think he will be when he returns.
  2. In your humble opinion. I disagree 💯 our offense misses him.
  3. don’t think that’s the case with regards to the jags and BTj, but we shall see Thomas is under a rookie contract for 3.5 years. Considering our cap sitch, give me Thomas all day. Shaheed would likely be a one year rental imo
  4. Teams always killing themselves by keep the RB in to block vs Spags blitzes. If mcnichols would’ve just gone out for a swing he had an easy first imo
  5. Yes, I implied that. This is a round robin debate. What a team is willing to pay isn’t the price if the selling team isn’t selling for that price
  6. What are the chances the Jets would trade Harrison Phillips to us? 🙏🏻 Seems logical for them to get back a pick that they traded for him. They gave up 2 6ths for a 7th and Phillips.
  7. there will be individual threads for every trade 💯
  8. I understand what you’re getting at but there are other factors other than a players current performance You pay what the seller wants in return. If they think the price is 2 1sts, that’s the price. You certainly don’t have to pay it. A GM can choose what each particular player is worth to their team… it doesn’t really have to be based on how they are playing at the moment. Play can change (for better or for worse) in new surroundings. when we traded for cooper last season, he was playing the worst ball of his career and really shouldn’t have been worth a 3rd. But he was for us.
  9. I’m less optimistic based on a few things. -injury- ed is out for the year. Bosa hasn’t been injured yet, but that’s likely to come. Bernard is always dinged up. Milano always dinged up. Shaq has played great, but hasn’t played much the last 2 seasons due to injury. If benford gets hurt (which is likely based on history) our cornerback unit is in big trouble. Our only 1T is injured (and old). Our DT situation is scary and we desperately need Sanders to return and pay some dividends. - KC, NE and Indy are all playing GREAT complimentary football and have easy schedules. - our passing game is relegated to WR screens and we rarely ever throw the ball to the RBs (which is unfathomable imo). -I was feeling sick about our defense, but things are looking up a bit with McD involved in play calling. Hoecht is a baller and brings exactly what we need. Maybe his presence will raise the play of Epenesa. I still think we’re a SB contender, but we need to either add a speed element to the outside WR group or get Palmer involved a lot more in the pass game and hope he takes his game up a notch. I
  10. It’s a real fact that he’s played great this season. All he said was “sad, playing very well”. And he has played very well. You reply (in bold) he’s only played 2.5 games this season. What was the point of not to be negative? Obviously we can’t count on him this regular season (and doubtful for the playoffs imo). negative darts thrown just to be negative
  11. If that’s what it takes, so be it. I agree that we need to make a move for a WR. I was just to get better value
  12. I don’t think Shaheed as a one year rental is worth a 3rd tbh. I’d really like to trade for him, but that’s steep for a guy like him imo.
  13. Thanks for the info. Fast forward 3 years: we took her in with us a month or so after making the OP and she’s still living with us. Shes now able to walk and use the bathroom on her own. Her dementia hasn’t gotten much worse (if at all). We contemplated moving her back into her home in Dunkirk and getting some outside help but she didn’t want to go.
  14. I don’t see how the browns can move jeudy, but I guess anything is possible
  15. What other guys? Olave or shaheed? BTj? I don’t know who else is being discussed, but either of those 3 are better fits for us than Jeudy imo.
  16. Garrett isn’t going anywhere. No reason to talk about him. Jeudy makes sense…. But the browns would incur an additional 28+M in dead cap if they move him. I don’t think it’s possible, but not positive
  17. It’s not ALL on the receivers but they are 90%of the problem. 5% on Josh. 5% on Brady and his route concepts.
  18. What does that have to do with what he said? Ed has played well this season. Period. But put a negative spin on it, just because
  19. Kincaid was open on the initial read, but it looks like the RDE and RDT were probably in the pass lane. Kincaid came open again for a second, but the window was only open for .001 of a second. He could’ve went to Ty with hopes he couldve made Moehrig miss. Keon had Horn (probably top 5 man corners) on him. Keon might be able to get open on 1 of 100 routes run against him. I like these videos- really shows a lot (minus where the QBs and defenders eyes are). tough play and I don’t blame Josh for eating that one, he tried to give them time. The receivers failed. Strange that almost none of them ever came back to the ball. Shakir did, but it was too late. Kincaid did, but was doubled
  20. It was a blowout. 14 snaps is perfect. He’s obviously not 💯
  21. No, because every other team trusts their WRs to get open on non screen
  22. Terrible. Hopefully Daquan can make it back vs KC and sanders can step up when he gets back
