One of the major problems we've had as an organization is firing or otherwise losing our HC and/or GM every 2-3 years. Since the mid-90s. Each new regime comes in and cleans out the old for draft picks. No organization can thrive with that kind of executive turnover.

Allen is 5 games into his career. Kelly played 2 years in USFL and still went 1-4 his first 5 games. We finished 4-12 that year. We are already 2-3 with Allen. WAY to early to worry.
