  1. I think Allen is the better player and more valuable to his team, but it is very hard to ignore Lamar's numbers this season. I really can't blame the voters for going in Lamar's direction this season. I honestly believe that Allen is an all-time great. Top 5-10 at his position. It's wild to think he may never win an MVP or first team all-pro.
  2. I lived in Westwood during undergrad. Blows my mind that they've had to evacuate Santa Monica.
  3. I agree with this. Moulds looked like a bust until breaking out in his third year.
  4. Yes, but Josh made Gabe Davis a "#2 WR", but we saw what he really was in Jax before his injury. And Keon has worse efficiency numbers than Davis did with Josh. Coleman is light years away from reaching #1 WR status. Just watch that Steve Smith breakdown up-thread.
  5. He needs to make a huge leap between year 1 and 2. Right now his ceiling looks like a number 3 type of receiver. As it stands now, the Bills absolutely need to continue to address the top end of the WR room this offseason.
  6. Life comes at you quick as an NFL coach
  7. Would love to see a halfback option with Josh catching a 70 yard TD to cement his MVP.
  8. I agree. This week is essentially a bye. And then Dolphins in January in Buffalo? Arguably another week off.
  9. I like Harlan and I liked the reference. I'm 45 and knew of Nehemiah.
  10. Too slight. Can't break tackles. Drops easy touchdown passes. 😁
  11. You're right. I retract that. I had failed to look at the remaining schedules of the Colts and Phins. Cincy is still a LONGSHOT to make the playoffs as of today. Don't get me wrong. Ravens scare me too.
  12. Things are starting to line up where we will have Joe Burrow and company rolling into town on wildcard weekend. That frankly terrifies me with this defense, and I can easily see a one and done postseason in that scenario.
  13. If you haven't voted, now is a great time to take the over. (I just did and feel like a real winner).
  14. I always play it straight. In that vein, it's possible that a few weeks down the road the Falcons might find that inserting Penix was a huge mistake.
  15. I voted Benford. Guy is a stud. Then either Shakir and Cook as a combo right behind him.
  16. Penix isn't going to grow if you keep him under wraps.
  17. Schedule the parade! Maybe we can even have it before the playoffs start!
  18. Maybe it's been answered already, but he's successfully thrown a bunch of these LOS screens to Shakir this season. I don't think it's a Josh issue. I think Shakir is just far more dangerous than Samuel with the ball in his hands, so these looks are being schemed primarily for Shakir.
  19. You basically get one shot and it's during the upswing/turnaround part of your coaching arc. That would have been 2019-2020 for McD.
  20. I had that thought as well. Guy is 31 years old. Who knows how the hits have added up in his brain. But it's telling how quickly and thoroughly his teammates threw him under the bus for his selfish act. I doubt they'd be so quick to bury him if they thought he was going through some type of mental health or personal crisis.
  21. I voted no. I just have a feeling those late season divisional games will be ugly, low scoring, poor weather affairs. I could see him banking 6 of them in the next two games though.
  22. He's nice depth in case Hamlin gets nicked or struggles. Brings great leadership on the field and locker room. A no brainer move for the Bills.
  23. I'm sure we could put together a similar Josh Allen lowlight reel if we wanted to push a narrative.
  24. He was shaky during the first third of the season, but he's steadily improved to the point where he doesn't stick out as being a weakness. Not a Pro Bowl quality player, but certainly an acceptable starter on the back end.
  25. I'm guessing it's true that a drunk moron accidentally bumped her as he was racing down the steps. Nothing you haven't seen a hundred times before at a sporting event. My son's first Padres game (he was three or four at the time) saw him get run over by a drunken young man running through the concourse. Spent three innings getting bandaged up and evaluated for a concussion in the stadium medical center.
