  1. I said they own us in that thread. I had zero reason to believe they weren't going to kick our @ss again. Especially in Cincinnati.
  2. Got schooled right there. Damn
  3. Gotta hold them to 3 here. Hopefully, get a chance for one more drive.
  4. 3rd and 2 is fine. You should be able to pick that up.
  5. Martin sucks. What's the deal with him?
  6. I want tempo and short passing game. Get the ball to Cook and Kincaid please.
  7. Kickers never miss against the Bills. Bengals should have kicked it
  8. Alright, defense. Getting it done the last two possessions.
  9. Jesus. Dumb penalty gonna cost us.
  10. Bengals apparently trying to keep us in the game.
  11. Seriously, why???
  12. Man, Von has zero bend
  13. Yeah, not sure why we slowed it down. Disappointing
  14. Josh has to take the easy stuff. Killed that drive holding the ball.
  15. I get that the Bengals are good, but why are we so insanely ineffective against these dudes?
  16. Not impressed by either team today.
  17. Yes. And this goes all the way back to the pass interference call on the hail Mary vs the Pats in 1998. That feels like the definitive start of the "flag watching" phenomenon for me.
  18. I come here for the mostly informed takes on Bills' football, and for the sense of community.
  19. No, but the rumor is that many unsigned vets have been camping in the Panthers parking lot in the hopes that Beane will come calling.
  20. I loved Thomas Smith. Hell of a coverage corner. We could use a Thomas Smith about now.
  21. I agree and that gives me hope for Sunday. But I need to see it on the field. Let's go!
  22. We're nine pages deep, so I'm certain it's already been said, but our "overhyping" of the Bengals is based on them absolutely owning us in the 5+ quarters we played against them last year. I'm not inclined to downplay the Bengals until we prove we can hang with them.
  23. I'd rather Beane just hold on to the picks. Then we can draft a backup CB in the first round and a new starting CB in the 6th round.
  24. I thought Settle and Ford were supposed to be good. The board was all excited for both of those guys. Under the radar signings or something. Instead, they've turned out to be next to worthless so far. So, while I'd sort of hate to waste even more resources at the position, DT does seem to be our biggest area of need at this point. Not sure who is available, but if they go this route, I'd like to see us go all in and flip a high pick or two to grab a stud that can anchor the line for a few years next to Ed. I'd also feel more comfortable about our chances if we could also bring in a competent zone corner. I've always been a Dane Jackson fan, but his deficiencies just seem more apparent to me this year. But maybe that's just a function of the D being depleted on the whole.
