We were fine until we took the two score lead. The key is the Colts stayed commited to the run when we went to our nickel and dime packages. Same thing happened in the Rams game (and first Pats game). The teams who were willing to take what we were giving were able to gash us in the run game. Other teams who fell behind tried to toss the ball around like we wanted and we were able to crush them (Phins and Broncos).
Hopefully, this is a learning experience and we are able to come up with a more effective strategy in the future with big leads.
