  1. Hmmmnnnn...think I'd call a +115 point differential over the past four games "outright dominant."
  2. Nah, I don't like to swear in front of my kids (home) or other kids (stadium). I might be compelled to drop the occasional expletive when there's a particularly egregious officiating call that costs us a game, but it's not often. Now, if I'm watching a game with a bunch of dudes at a viewing party or whatever, I let it rip like a sailor.
  3. Yeah, and all those guys you mention were winners too, and I think that's what most fans will remember about them. When I think about Allen, the one word that comes to mind more than any other is "FREAK."
  4. Dr. K - come clean, you're actually Miss Cleo, right?
  5. Now if we only had an offense like the 2000 Ravens we might win the Super Bowl!
  6. Wow! Bad news for Mahomes. Is it time to "accept that he's simply not good?"
  7. Lofton because it led directly to the beginning of our Super Bowl run. The offense hugely improved once he was inserted as a starter in '90.
  8. As a Buffalonian living in San Diego, I hate the Spanos family with a passion, so it's hard to root for them. I don't like Baltimore either, but I think their injuries will eventually catch up to them, so I don't mind seeing them take this game against the Chargers. Would also like to see Herbert lay an egg, so the media can pump the brakes on their ridiculous ballwashing of the kid for one week. And truth be told, I'm enjoying this Lamar Jackson as a passer redemption story this season. Like to see him stick it in the face of all the haters out there. I think eball is referencing the Monday Night Football theme song (i.e., "a Monday night party!"), not that Monday night will be a cakewalk party over the Titans.
  9. I think we go 13-4. Got a feeling we are going to lose a couple that no one sees coming. But I can just as easily see 14-3 (which I think would likely guarantee us the 1 seed).
  10. Zero nailed it. Nice to see an objective opposing fan.
  11. If we protect the ball, this should be a 7 point win.
  12. It was overturned from a drop to a catch. It absolutely gets recorded as a completed pass.
  13. I was never down on Knox and thought people were way overreacting to his struggles during his rookie year. I always thought he had a chance to be special and it looks like it's all starting to click for him in year 3.
  14. We averaged almost 8.5 yards per play last night. A couple of drops, penalties, second half weather and the Chiefs playing keep away from us were the only reasons we didn't hang 50 points and 500 yards on these dudes.
  15. Damn. After next week, that is one easy schedule. To answer your question, the Titans game is the only one that I don't feel SUPREMELY CONFIDENT about. I still think we win though.
  16. Can't be right. Chiefs had a 25 yard pass completion on drive before the half. The play that got overturned.
  17. OBJ drops the easy 4th down conversion.
  18. I'm 42 and grew up loving grunge, alternative, east coast rap, west coast gangsta rap and indie rock. Despite my age, I can still acknowledge that Kanye has made some great albums and has been hugely influential on other artists. 808s and Heartbreak basically created the genre of music that Drake perfected. And listen to MBDTF or Yeezus and try to tell me there isn't a musical genius floating around in Kanye's demented brain.
  19. Yes! If you're going to put it in the city, then you have to showcase what the city has to offer. Not just a generic urban stadium with a bunch of corporatized crap around it. Put it in the city, but save space for the tailgaters and find a way to showcase that experience as well. It shouldn't be one or the other. I loved tailgating when I was younger, but as you get older you get to a point where you don't want to do that every week. Would be nice to have an option to grab a quick beer and some wings before walking over to the stadium.
