  1. I thought it was interesting simply for the fact that they were both willing to speak on record about it. Seems rather rare but perhaps I’m wrong. I’m very glad he was re-signed: the D is much better when he’s on the field.
  2. This is absolutely repugnant but, also, not a surprising thing given the leagues history. The ‘protect the shield’ mentality fails to look at the possibility that doing what is right is the best way to protect it.
  3. Department of Redundancy Department, how may I help you? 😃
  4. Personally, I don’t think he’s near his ceiling as of yet. The primary hurdle is doing what he started last year: stringing together strong performances from game to game and utilizing his arm strength to connect on more bombs.
  5. I agree with this. There were many stellar drives over the course of the season but if this one doesn’t happen they may not have made it to the AFC Championship game.
  6. Year one, for me. Taking that team as far as he did was just shy of a miracle.
  7. They appear for me on iPad, iPhone, my Mac and my work PC…but they don’t bother me. All you do is click the ‘X’ or ‘Close’ and I’m back to browsing.
  8. While I will never wish away a summer, the quote in the OP certainly makes me stoked for the fall! 😃 I was hesitant when the Bills gave a first for Diggs and I was, gladly, wrong! These two have chemistry and are of the same mold.
  9. Agreed but look at the trends of the organizations.
  10. I believe showing the board does. It shows whom they value, when they value them and, from there, you can feasibly begin to extrapolate why. It is a window, albeit only cracked, into the organization and how they pursue their interests in the draft.
  11. The response above and add in culture change. The culture at OBD was so toxic for so long that it required truly dumping everyone who were stuck in the garbage that was the drought. It needed to change rapidly and McD got it done.
  12. Oh boy…not familiar with that story! Wegmans in the Buffalo area. I live in ROC but go to Buffalo regularly for work. Swung in and got one for me and my oldest. 😃 Yup…Wegmans. I hate it as well…but I bent the crap out of it.
  13. It took me multiple trips but I scored one of these today! 😃 I really love this lid!
  14. He’s top three in my opinion. But I get that they’re based on analytics (and hating on everything Bills).
  15. Absolutely love it!!!!! It’s interesting how different these two were looking at their playing and lifestyle trajectories.
  16. I met Art when he had his own company: such a wonderful human being. When you’re near these people their size strikes you but when you shake their hands, it’s a whole other level. You can’t even shake them normally as their hands are so freaking big. He sent me a personalized signed football…KC, of course. TO was the same (he went to HS with my ex). I met him when he was with the Niners. Felt like I had the hands of a three year old! Those are both of my football player stories! 😃 Excited about Rousseau…particularly with the Bills strength coaches and Bruce’s tutelage.
  17. Preemptive: “Woe is me! Bills will end up 3-6. Where did the other games go? No idea!” Looks like a solid schedule that revolves around the Bills getting to the QB to be successful. I feel comfortable that they addressed that this off season.
  18. Agreed. What teams missed last year was a much bigger challenge than people make out, regardless of how ‘easy’ the transition is for RB’s. Indeed. He’s got the speed that all were clamoring for.
  19. Poor form on their part. He didn’t say it was because of not getting vaccinated, it was due to gaining a competitive advantage. God I want this all to be over.
  20. Like almost every other highly intelligent person…certain things have to be done a certain way. He could have said he has to flick boogers on the wall and I’d still love him as our QB!
  21. Too many teams have proven that the salary cap construct is a joke…there are myriad ways to manipulate it…and I’m sure Beane et al know how to manage it.
  22. I agree it sucks but, in response to the quote above, Beane has clearly stated he’s not done this year yet. Something to consider.
