  1. Have you read what the rookies are doing in practice?
  2. Rather sure, for all those of us who wanted to see Wade make it, this tells us quite a bit. Doesn’t seem as though he’s ready to take the leap. No other reason to look for PS guys at that position at this point unless I’m missing something due the the COVID changes.
  3. Yup. Moss is a power runner and will fit in well in 1st and goal (and beyond) situations.
  4. I agree completely and believe that was exhibited last year by Singletary rather effectively.
  5. Truly stunned that this is from this year...at least the tweet is. It’s the same as he’s ever been, Gruden!
  6. This HAS to be one of the best posts ever here! I literally laughed out loud! Thanks for that! ?
  7. Glad to hear Ford is being switched to guard...seems like a more natural position for him. Anything to make this line a more solid group!
  8. I personally don’t think it’s ‘simple’. Getting an entire organization to march as one is no small feat. In addition, background makes it much harder to change an individual’s future. Again, buy in is required and is challenging to achieve depending on the personnel...thus they pick them carefully. Just my opinion and experience.
  9. I agree and I think it’s balanced well. Coming from the D side and wrestling, he clearly has aggressive tendencies. You can preach those while also teaching off the field those actions aren’t ok. Seems logical to me but I remember being young, too. ?
  10. McD is truly a leader. The DNA they discuss matters. Many have stated that the Bills want ‘choir boys’. I don’t believe that’s true: they want intensely aggressive and intelligent men who want to improve and also keep their noses clean. Culture is such a critical component of any group.
  11. Love your list! Here’s the couple I REALLY want to see: 1. Josh throws for 4000+ yards with a 64% completion percentage 2. Singletary rushes for 1200+ yards 3. Moss scores most TD’s on ground for us with punishing runs between the tackles 4. Knox proves he not only belongs but that he is our first ‘real deal’ TE in forever
  12. Wow. It’s truly amazing how one boneheaded comment can derail a thread. This is the second time he’s had to overcome this and he’ll be fine...that comes from his own mouth. The man is driven to succeed in this league and I believe he’ll do so as he’s shown tremendous grit thus far.
  13. I just watched. Here are my takes: Tyrod needs a haircut...I’ll never wish for anyone to fail but he’s just not a starting QB in the NFL McVay seems like he’s too young to lead a team...but has a cool dog A Lynn seems like boring TV but like he can lead men...the first Zoom call and the players reaction seemed to display that Justin Herbert DESPERATELY needs a haircut Covid response was interesting for about 30 seconds...and they felt the need to make it 15 minutes I’m not really high on the two teams for one show...seems as though it will minimize storylines Touched on social justice issues nicely Andrew Vollert (tight end) needs help with handling rejection...he’s a child, not a professional I always like Hard Knocks but this version is definitively an outlier. I will keep watching, though. Thanks for starting the thread.
  14. I seem to recall having read a number of articles mentioning how much Kim is well respected amongst other owners. Given this, there is really no reason to add to Beane’s plate...I have little doubt he shares his thoughts with her and she carries them to league meetings (if he’s not actually there).
  15. I haven’t read the entire thread so apologies if I’m being repetitive. I really appreciate what Milano brings to this team. Most importantly, it’s his game and the DNA McD speaks of: he’s got it in spades. I also suspect McD views him as his mini-Kuechly. With that being said, I suspect he’ll be paid...my only hope is he is willing to take a reasonable ‘discount‘ and ends up in the $9-$11m range.
  16. I agree but he, to me, is not a clear piece of the puzzle so I wondered why he’s still there as he is so singular in ability (meaning can’t play teams). I have no doubt Beane and McD have a plan...just perplexes me. Again, don’t get me wrong, I’m rooting for him I just don’t see it.
  17. I agree that he needs to find another role but he’s not fast enough for teams so he’ll have to beat out the young tall kid from the draft...and I’m not sure if he can. Agreed...but he also shows he has more upside than the two new draftees and I’m not sure he can simply due to speed.
  18. Because of the two WR’s we drafted and Diggs...it’s a different team now. Not to mention he wasn’t very good in that game.
  19. Yeah, that’s not enough in my opinion. With this team guys we would have used to love aren’t going to cut it anymore. Just reality of a strong team.
  20. While I recognize many (me among them) love the underdog story, I’m surprised he’s still on the team. Must be a DNA thing.
  21. I have absolutely zero idea how to post gifs here but thank the Lord for those who do! ? Classic...just classic!
  22. He was impressive as a rookie and has only become better. My only fear with him are those legs: don’t break! ?
  23. I agree. McMahon is so polarizing that Johnson may be pragmatic enough to pull this off. If nothing else it will be interesting as it has been through v1 and v2. ?
