Which fans? Please, name names. I think what you're misinterpreting is that Bills fans are not looking at the game as a "sure loss" -- if anything it should be considered a toss up at this point. And lo and behold, when I check the sportsbook the current line is Jets -3 -- a toss-up with home field advantage thrown in.

Sunday and Tuesday are the last two practices at SJF that are open to the public. Not sure if they have any closed practices like they did this past Tuesday.

The Jets just literally begged an over-the-hill C to un-retire because their new GM sees what a shitshow there is at the position, while the Bills paid a young guy who despite some injury history has been a top C in the league. If Morse retires or is unavailable because of concussions it’s bad luck, not irresponsible.

I'm assuming (but I don't know, so sorry if I'm wrong) you have absolutely no idea what sort of conversations take place among professional athlete teammates. There is nothing negative or out of the ordinary about that interaction.

I see a guy who was ready to be a pro after his freshman year in college and has been bored for two years. He knows he is talented, but he is relishing every moment and can't wait for the lights to come on and the games to mean something. He is soaking up every bit of knowledge he can. I can't wait to see him play.

This practice had the earmarks of a "letdown day" from the get-go after 4 straight days of pads. Not saying that's a good thing, but it is what it is. I'm sure it will be a "teaching moment" for McD.

Wow, lots of foreshadowing indeed. Two lengthy Giant drives taking more than 7:00 off the clock, having success running the ball, and then also some missed tackles allowing 3rd down conversions when Hostetler was in. Still, fun to remember when the Bills actually won big games!

This is an insane "point" you are trying to prove. The Bills and their fans have already been subject to laughter and critique for Peterman's antics. What additional punishment are you seeking to impose upon us? Why this crusade? So they didn't cut Peterman until midway through last season...so what? They cut him and it's over. I simply do not understand supposed Bills fans who want to see other Bills fans muted or beaten down. You have some ridiculous notion that we are supposed to continue to suffer for the Peterman debacle? Why does that make any sense at all? And as to your "worry" that the Peterman debacle implies McD doesn't know how to evaluate talent, that's absurd as well. The QB position is unique. Peterman was one of those guys who did absolutely everything right except perform in games. And it doesn't matter any more. He's gone. So again -- what is your point? That people should be sitting around "worrying" about whether McD can evaluate talent? Go for it, buddy. I've got better things to do like get ready for what appears will be a fun season.
