  1. Love Tre, but Josh is my QB. I love the underdog story, the fact that so many “experts” are SO invested in him being a bust...and he’s going to make them all eat schitt.
  2. Baltimore is a fantastic organization. I’m glad Buffalo is becoming one as well.
  3. You should female once or twice, it's more fun.
  4. Yeah, I was just going to post something similar. Nobody EVER questioned AB's work ethic on the football field. If Diggs is training with him that's not a bad thing. At all.
  5. Perhaps this should go into another thread, but there is some reason to believe the AFC East is about to enter an era of intense competition and parity. Bills: solid management and coaching and most talented team in the division Jets: improved front office, questionable coach, talent at QB Fish: appears to be much improved front office, coach with good potential, young QB projected to be good Pats***: still have Belichick The key here is that there might be three really good QBs in the division. What we as Bills fans have to hope is that our guys (Beane and McD) are just that much better than the other guys.
  6. I’m so glad we are past the days when we overrated marginal players because we had such a dearth of talent on the roster. Good for Jack’s grandson.
  7. I'm not even going to waste my time listening to that because if anyone says Josh Allen has already reached what he will be in the NFL then their opinion means nothing to me. There is literally no reason not to expect Allen to continue to improve, based upon what we've already seen.
  8. All that came out of your mouth was "they haven't proven anything" and "they need a #1 WR." You may have still been pining for Mike Gillislie also, and you wanted to tell anyone who would listen that the Jets were going to be really good. Those of us who saw what McD and Beane were building accurately predicted the resulting success -- as well as the Jets' failure behind their farce of a HC.
  9. Are the Browns your new Jets for 2020? We all know how much you nailed that one.
  10. I made one for all three of the 90s home AFC Championship games...two made it on TV. Those were fun days; we’d go into the stadium early and go down to hang them over the wall.
  11. There’s a reason why Chan never lasts very long at one place. But by all means, please keep worrying about reasons why the Bills won’t do well, it’s your specialty.
  12. When I was growing up I could have sworn one member of the Bills OL's actual name was Holding On Will Grant.
  13. Wow, six pages in three hours...somebody knows how to get Bills fans riled up. I can't wait for the season to play out because I have my own expectations for what Josh Allen is going to accomplish and none of this crap matters one iota.
  14. Thank Allah that Brandon Beane doesn’t run a professional football franchise based upon the opinions of fans on message boards. This would be a wonderful “problem” to have in two years. The bigger concern right now is extending both Beane and McD.
  15. Can I get a stick tap to commemorate the glorious end of this season? Best thing about all of this is that the next time we see the Sabres, they'll be back in royal blue!
  16. That’s an interesting and fair take. I respect that he cares about the Bills and tries hard; he’s just not good. I’ll admit it doesn’t really impact me at all because I never listen to the local broadcast. Full disclosure, I cringe when I hear most local broadcasters. I prefer a neutral play-by-play that still conveys excitement.
  17. Peyton was also clutch with his approach on 18. The production was a little awkward at times (and I was on a family Zoom call from 6-8 so was only watching with no audio) but it was still fun. Laughed my ass off at Brady (who is supposedly an eight) playing like a 20 but his hole out was impressive, as well as the eagle putt on the back 9. You can tell Phil absolutely loves to gamble and talk schitt. Nice to also see Justin Thomas’ personality come out as an on-course analyst, and Barkley always cracks me up.
  18. I don't even know what this means. Anyway -- I think most coaches would tell you if their starting QB goes down, the best they are hoping for is that the backup can go .500 while he's in -- and that's if we're talking about a good team. My opinion is that if you are going to bring in a "legitimate" backup QB who is capable of starting in this league, it better be a situation in which your incumbent starter is either a very established veteran or a top 5 draft pick, because the likelihood said backup is going to be a great "mentor" or sounding board for your starter is pretty slim.
  19. Dennison was fired after one season (and he wasn't McD's first choice to begin with ). Daboll got raw Josh Allen and Nathan Peterman to work with, along with no WRs, in his first season. Did you notice any improvement last year? I really don't understand what is going on in some of your minds.
  20. I love it when guys use a one-off occurrence as “proof” of a proposition.
  21. If you’re relying on your QB2 for any significant period of time you’re screwed, period. Another poster wrote it in this thread, but having a QB2 who is a great preparation guy and who supports/is a sounding board for your QB1 is more important than pure “talent” at the position. It’s why the Bills like Barkley, and also why Fromm has a chance to stick. Flacco has always been “the guy” and is not known for his mentoring skills. But you keep on with your “McD doesn’t know offense” mantra, dude.
  22. Wow, SOMEBODY couldn’t wait to get in here and trash our OC! The mediocre offense couldn’t POSSIBLY be a by-product of developing a raw QB for two seasons, could it? Nah...Daboll sucks and McD doesn’t know offense! You’re consistent, I’ll give you that.
