  1. As soon as I saw Gunner having the Bills draft a CB I thought to myself “how long before Bill from NYC is in this thread”. It took two posts. Great stuff though.
  2. If I’m wrong I apologize but I seem to recall NoSaint as being one of the posters who just never seems to quite buy in to what McD and Beane are doing...hence the “I don’t think Rivera learned anything new” angle.
  3. He did a tremendous job in 2019, winning five games with a roster worthy of winning two. I think he completely butchered the situation at QB in 2020, and his team appeared to quit against the Bills in the season finale with a playoff spot on the line. He still has much to prove.
  4. This deal has Frank Reich saying "I can fix him" written all over it. Unfortunately Frank forgot that he won the Super Bowl with Foles.
  5. We're a non-judgmental board, you're safe here.
  6. So it seems like pretty much everyone thinks the Colts got the better of this deal. Which probably means Wentz will flame out. I’m not sure he’s better than 2020 Rivers. But on the other hand, he’s walking into a comfortable and familiar situation so who knows? Regardless, the Iggles get a 3rd and at least a 2nd for somebody they didn’t want to keep.
  7. I’ll probably be flamed for this, but I’m not as concerned about RB as a lot of folks are. It became obvious this season that the Bills are now a pass-first team. I’d like to see them incorporate more draws and counters but I’ve still got confidence in Singletary and Moss showed flashes of being that guy who will get tough yards when needed (and can catch). Both were decent in blitz pickup. I mean, if a talent like Harris or Etienne fell into their laps that’s one thing, but on offense I’m much more interested in drafting another WR, upgrading the OL, and finding an answer at TE.
  8. These are always fun to look back upon.
  9. Even if these are worth $1000 a piece is the 10K worth it to you (or your dad)? Not chump change, but man, I’d love to have those framed and hanging in my man cave, and try to get a few of them signed by members of that team.
  10. Clearly a locker room cancer. Hope Beane moves on from this nonsense.
  11. Hey, whaddya know...Scott poo-pooing the Bills’ roster. News flash, Einstein...when you have an elite QB it makes all the difference. Players know this.
  12. Please don’t ruin it for me. I’m recording it.
  13. Luckily the financial part shouldn’t be an issue, given who the at fault party is.
  14. You may as well have titled this thread "QB predictions from a dude I saw at the post office" because they'd have just as much credibility.
  15. Ground up and in the freezer.
  16. Well aren't we all glad we don't need to wonder whether or not your guess is accurate?
  17. No, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
  18. Please don't ruin it for me, I'm recording it.
  19. Don’t you mean kicking?
  20. Apparently you aren’t fully up to speed on your playoff tiebreaker scenarios.
  21. Nice run. Really looked like she lost steam in the middle of the second set.
  22. Well, Serena is back in another semi, pretty easily dispatching the #2 seed Halep. Osaka as the #3 is in as well (they'll face each other). Pegula vs. Brady at 9 tonight!
  23. Yes. This is, in my opinion, the quintessential “tough guy” play of Josh’s career. 4th down, fumbled snap, refuses to quit. It pretty much signaled his “arrival” on the national stage as well.
  24. What the hell are you talking about? Gug’s use of “young woman” was clearly a descriptor — just like someone defending Josh Allen would say “this young man’s accomplishments.” Good grief, people are nuts these days.
