  1. Haven’t read the entire thread but the Fish play twice before we play the Niners. If they lose both we clinch the division before we walk onto the field. If they lose one of two we clinch the division with a W.
  2. The Browns this season are the best example I’ve seen of why you can rarely mark a division game as an “easy win.” I don’t think the Steelers are as good as their record but the Ravens are. The Bills’ last three games will not be a cakewalk, although I’m glad two are at home and it’s possible the Jests will have completely given up by then.
  3. If I understand the rules correctly, CBS and Fox may protect one game a week against flexing. Can’t imagine CBS not protecting a game that features two of the top 3-4 teams in the league, in the national 4 pm window.
  4. Jameis Winston is a national treasure…this might be #2 to “eat a w”… https://x.com/nfl_memes/status/1859848605223555402?s=46&t=D9_yEPsxQGXn_8CVsLpQag
  5. The parallels between KC/BUF and NE/IND are pretty striking. If you’re a fan of NFL football you never want(ed) to miss either one.
  6. Gotta think they’ll flex this one to SNF, right? The current matchup is Packers @ Seahawks, which is good, but not in this class…
  7. Yup. And despite all of that, the Bills were down 21-10 with the ball at midfield in the 3rd quarter (and momentum) when Brady had an absolute brain fart and almost got his QB killed. 87-yard TD runs are an anomaly and this game is a distant memory at this point in the season.
  8. Great satire here…
  9. Not bad for a rebuilding year.
  10. I'm speculating that him not playing is probably related to ball security, not his ability to catch. They're afraid of him losing the ball when hit.
  11. Sure, you have your "never happy" contingent, but it is so refreshing and mood-enhancing to go into every week feeling like a win is in the cards. I hated the years of praying we would be included in the "in the hunt" graphic on CBS in November, all the while knowing that we had no real shot. There were some fun wins but I don't know anyone who wants a perennial 6-9 win team over what we have now. I feel much less stress for regular season games than I used to. Now, the playoffs are a different story for obvious reasons.
  12. Believe me, I want Kincaid playing, but I also think his presence has made people forget about Knox’s pass-catching ability. That was an absolutely beautiful downfield play on Sunday and terrific over-the-shoulder hands catch. If Kincaid can’t go on Sunday I look for Knox to have an impact.
  13. Oh Gunner…come on, fess up…he’s your secret crush.
  14. Kiss of death ☠️
  15. It’s Sofa King great!
  16. The Bears have a terrible culture and no leadership from within the team. Guys like DJ Moore, a veteran who puts up great fantasy stats but is always on losing teams. He’s not a leader. It’s not always on the coach, but the coach and GM have to be able to bring the right guys in to fit the culture they are trying to instill. No excuse for a team with the Bears’ apparent talent to lose 19-3 at home to a dismal Pats roster. That looks like a team with no true leaders just going through the motions.
  17. Sorry Beck, that’s a Marvism…
  18. He’s having fun getting to cover the NFL…and he actually knows his stuff. People love to hate. If you don’t like his shtick it’s really easy to change the channel or not click the link. But no, by all means come in here and complain.
  19. To the tinfoil hat-wearing crowd who actually believe this, may I ask why?
  20. LOL Houston.
  21. I don’t know. With a healthy Cooper and Coleman, and perhaps the return of Milano, this looks like a contender to me. They’re putting up 30 a game as it is.
  22. That's just embarrassing.
  23. The first page of this thread is why I (occasionally) love this place.
